These spacious villas are some of the most beautiful on the Croatian coast. They were built in 2007. The villas have spacious, modern interiors. They are comfortable, luxurious and full of atmosphere. Everything is provided for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. The villas are spread around the park. Shade is provided by the park's many pine trees. You can choose between a six-person villa, HR-52470-15 ( suitable for four adults and two children until 12 years old), or a four-person villa, HR-52470-16 (suitable for two adults and two children until 12 years old). Both types have air-conditioning, a spacious terrace with excellent garden furniture, sun loungers and an unenclosed garden. These are wonderful accommodations for lovers of sun, sea, beach and luxury.

The luxurious Istrian Villas Resort is part of the Sol Stella Mari tourist resort. It was built in 2007. The resort lies amidst beautiful surroundings and is two kilometres from the town of Umag. The Istrian Villas Resort is separate and has a private beach. It consists of 180 highly luxurious villas. The resort is directly by the sea and offers a wide range of facilities. There is a highly professional, varied team of entertainers and a good restaurant. The Aqua Chill Out Zone relaxation centre has a covered swimming pool, a solarium and relaxation area. You can enjoy the famous Umag Tennis Complex and every sport imaginable in the surrounding area. You reach the Umag Tourist Centre via a promenade along the coast. You'll find numerous shops, restaurants and charming outdoor cafes here. The Istrian Villas Resort is characterised by luxury, comfort and everything you need for an enjoyable holiday.
