In our holiday home no. 10 you will find everything you need for your holiday...
Comfortably and cosily furnished for up to 6 people, the house leaves almost nothing to be desired.
The only thing missing is a dishwasher. But on holiday you have enough time to wash up, don't you?
On the ground floor you will find the living room with dining area and open kitchen.
You can extend the table in the dining room...
A self-contained single room is also down here. This room can be used as a dressing room
You can use this room as a dressing room if there are only two of you, or you can turn it into a double room if you need more sleeping space. All you have to do is fold out the sofa. Mattress protectors, duvets and pillows are stored in the bed base. If you use it as a double bed, it is best to bring a fitted sheet in the size 140/160x200cm.
In addition, there is a spacious shower with WC on the ground floor. The underfloor heating keeps the bathroom nice and warm, and you can quickly dry your damp towels on the towel dryer.
Upstairs on the gallery there are two more beds in a row. There is also a small sitting, reading or playing corner here.
If you like, you can also put the two beds here next to each other.
There is also a separate bedroom upstairs with a double bed with two mattresses and a wall unit.
In the storage room next to the house you will find cushions for the terrace furniture, a barbecue, sand toys, badminton, etc. for the beach and garden.
There are also two bicycles here, which you are welcome to use. However, we cannot guarantee that they are ready to ride, as the tenants are often not very careful with the bikes.
On the large terrace there is garden furniture and in the large garden you have plenty of space for football, badminton, boccia and similar games, as our house is a terraced end house with a large, enclosed plot. You are welcome to use the playground equipment in the storage room, as well as the games and books in the house...

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday cottage is located in the quiet, family-friendly holiday park "De Belkmerduinen", barely 2 km from the wide sandy beach on the North Sea
There is a playground and football field for the children in the park.
You can park your car in the car park at the entrance to the Bungsalowpark. There is also the possibility to charge your e-car here.
There is a Spar shop in the immediate vicinity on Belkmerweg. Here you can stock up on the essentials, especially delicious fresh bread rolls in the morning...
A little further on Belkmerweg there is a bicycle rental and a mini golf course.
A little further on you come to the Tulpenland adventure park. In spring, you can admire the beautifully flowering tulip fields on the way here.
You can also do the same in spring on the way to the sea. To the right and to the left of the footpath or cycle path, all the colours are in bloom.
You can get to the sea through a wonderfully wide dune area, either on the shortest way straight ahead or to the right or left on foot or by bicycle through the dunes.
The wide white sandy beach invites you to go on beach walks, to play, to fly kites, to sunbathe and, of course, to swim
The sound of the sea contributes to relaxation all year round in wind and weather, while a swim in the sea is of course most beautiful in summer.
Of course, the small and cosy towns are also highly recommended, which you can reach very easily from the house by bike or, in bad weather, by car or bus. You will find tips for excursions in the house.
Very interesting for children is the large play paradise "De Goudvis", at the exit to the dunes. You can park your car for free in the large car park in front of the dunes. A snack is always worthwhile at the "Goudvis". French fries, frikandel and kibbeling are sooo delicious...

A perfect weekend in a dreamy little house
We spent a perfect weekend in this beautiful and charming little house. The house is cozy, well-equipped, and offers enough space for several people. There is really nothing missing – everything you need is available.
The highlight of the house is the garden, where our children could play to their heart's content. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing, but also ideally located to reach various dreamy beaches – many of them even by bike.
The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They fulfilled all our wishes, and even spontaneous requests were addressed immediately. We couldn't have wished for a better stay.
We will definitely come back!

As always TOP!
We have been coming back here for years. The house offers everything you need to feel comfortable. It is very cozy and located in a quiet area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are even games for both adults and children available on site.
There is a playground a few meters away, a small supermarket is less than a 5-minute walk away. Tulip land, a small forest, a children's play paradise, and of course the beach are quickly accessible. There is also plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. We especially recommend the beach access in Petten and a visit to Alkmaar.
We are completely satisfied and look forward to coming back as always.

Super great located holiday home in a quiet bungalow park
The house offers everything you need to relax. The bungalow park is very quiet and has a small playground and a small football field, ideal for smaller children.
The park does not have a supermarket, but within two minutes you can be at the Spar market, where you can get fresh baked goods every morning and also get other useful things. Our daughter (11 years old) was happy to do the bread delivery service.
Well-maintained rustic house in a typical Dutch style. The roof is well insulated, so you don't get much of the wind.
Furthermore, you should not be afraid of steep stairs, but there is the possibility for smaller children or not so fit persons to sleep on a comfortable sofa bed 1.4m on the ground floor.
In the kitchen, everything is available to make the cook's heart happy.
We will come again :-)

So we could spend wonderful holidays in St. Maartenszee with our children and meanwhile our children with their children. And in the meantime many, many guests, many of whom have become regulars.
