Holiday Home Lina – Enjoy Space, Peace and the Beach Within Walking DistanceWelcome to Belkmerduinen 1, lovingly named “Holiday Home Lina” by its owners. This charming holiday home is quietly located in Park Belkmerduinen in Sint Maartenszee, within walking and cycling distance of the sea and beach. An ideal place for anyone looking for peace, nature and relaxation.The house is situated at the back edge of the park, offering plenty of privacy and tranquility. The garden is partially fenced.
Layout
Living RoomThe cozy living room is furnished with two comfortable 2-seater sofas and a television with both German and Dutch channels. The interior is warm and inviting.The dining table has four chairs.
KitchenThe spacious new open kitchen (2026) is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils for preparing meals.
BathroomThe recently renovated bathroom (2026) is located on the ground floor. It includes a washbasin unit, toilet and sufficient storage space. The shower has a shower cabin. Please note that the shower door opening is somewhat narrower.
BedroomsOn the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with two single beds and single duvets.On the first floor, there is an additional bed on the landing/room.The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can be placed together upon request.For families, a baby cot, high chair and stair gate are available.
GardenThe garden offers plenty of privacy and is south-facing, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day. There are also pleasant shaded areas.The garden is partially fenced and furnished with a dining table, chairs and comfortable cushions.

Der Platz ist super gelegen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die steile Treppe nach oben, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Die Couch ist leider sehr weich, so dass mein Mann mit seinem kaputten Rücken dort weder sitzen noch liegen konnte. Ansonsten ist das Haus nur zu empfehlen!
