Dalmacija Camp, Privlaka "SUN OASIS 145
The brand new mobile home "SUN OASIS 145" is located 100m from the beach and offers free Wi-Fi and free private parking at the mobile home. The living area is 24 square metres. The terrace is also 24 square metres and is completely covered. There is a large gas barbecue, table with chairs and comfortable lounge furniture for relaxing.
The mobile home can be rented for the first time from May 2023. As the mobile home was only erected in March 2023 and the interior work is currently being carried out, there are unfortunately no pictures of the finished mobile home yet. However, we have posted photos of the identical mobile home type in advance so that you can see what to expect. We have also added recent pictures. In May 2023, we will move in the mobile home and post new pictures.

The mobilehome has air conditioning/heating, 1 flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (1x DB 200x160cm, 1x DB 200x150cm). A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a microwave, a large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill, sandwich maker, hand hoover, bar table and 4 padded stools, baby travel cot, baby high chair, children's cutlery and crockery, private bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Location and surroundings of object
The mobile home is located in Croatia in the region of Dalmatia. It is located on the campsite "Dalmacija Camp" in Privlaka on the Zadar Riviera.
The campsite is located in a bay and has a sandy beach. The water rises slowly in the bay and is therefore ideal for children. There are also bouncy castles in the water. Along the beautiful beach promenade you will find children's playgrounds, nice bathing spots, as well as restaurants and bars. Near the campsite is an amusement park with bumper cars, children's carousel, chain carousel and other attractions.
The location of the campsite is excellent. You are in the centre in approx. 800m. Supermarket, restaurants, bus stop, pharmacy, small shops, harbour, bakery, in fact everything for daily needs is within walking distance.
Privlaka itself is a picturesque holiday resort on the Zadar Riviera. It is surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches. To the north-east lies the oldest Croatian royal town of Nin. It can be reached in about 10 minutes. The beautiful island of Vir lies to the west and can be reached via a bridge.
The city of Zadar is only 18 km away. It is the cultural centre of the region and invites you to shop and stroll. The marina Beach Marina Privlaka is 1.6 km from the mobile home and the marina Kornati can be reached after 48 km.

Well-kept accommodation with good facilities
MobileHome very well equipped. 1 minute to the water. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area is a matter of taste. I think it is suitable for families with small children because the sea is very shallow.

Fully equipped stylish mobile home
We loved our stay and recommend for others too!
The house located very close to the beach. The beach is perfect for kids and families as it is sandy and shallow but you can find rocky beaches on the other side of the area.
The house is clean and well designed. The building quality is very good. The details of the interior/exterior is absolutely fantastic.
Fully-fully equipped including high chair and other accessories for small kids. It has AC, full size fridge with freezer, mosquito screen on all windows, washing machine so you do not need to pack a lot of clothes. We also loved the outside part with the BBQ and large siting area.

A vacation with a difference..
After always living in large apartments, this time we were drawn to a mobile home. We never wanted to camp, but then we ended up in the camp in Privlaka. After a short search for information, we went to the mobile home... yes, it was small, everything very cramped, but by the 2nd day we had already organized ourselves. How often are you indoors at 35 degrees? Almost never... a very loving design inside and outside caught our eye immediately... we had a great and relaxing time for 21 days, always great weather and a bay that exactly met our wishes, nice and shallow for our little one to practice swimming and splashing, nice and warm and always somewhere to stand...top... of course, there were also some little problems, but the staff always helped us out... we hope to be able to come back next year for sure... absolutely recommended for campers or newcomers who were used to something else and want to enjoy their vacation with a great new experience... Dear Annette, keep it up, you have done a great job with your two mobile homes... Thank you, Anne, Helen, Rico, and of course our little immigrant Carlo... ?
