Description
It is generously and modernly furnished with great attention to detail, from the fireplace in the excl. living room with a window front to the south glazed up to the roof. It has room for 4 people. There is an exclusive bathroom on each floor, the upper bathroom is integrated in the bedroom. The house is situated on a natural plot of 850 sqm. The little ones have plenty of space to play, a swing, rope ladder and a football goal are available.
There is also a garden shed on the property, which offers safe space for the bikes you bring along, in addition to the 6 bikes available, 4 x 28, 1 x 24, 1 x 18 inch, 1 children's scooter.
There is also another small weekend cottage on the property, which is occasionally used by the landlord and the family.
Well-behaved small animals are allowed on request.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms of the holiday home.
The ground floor can be reached barrier-free via a 3-step outside staircase, via the terrace, ultimately except for one step.

Location and surroundings of object
After a few minutes by car you can reach the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin and Baabe with their white sandy beaches.
After a 10-minute walk you reach the station of the narrow-gauge railway "Rasender Roland'" with which you can cross the island from Göhren to Putbus (with your bike in your luggage) and then cycle back to the house along the "Achterwasser".
It is worthwhile to travel from the small railway station just one stop further to the seaside resort of Binz to admire the seaside resort architecture on the promenade, stroll through the shops in the shopping street and, above all, enjoy the white sandy beaches to the left and right of the pier.

Cancellation terms:

You can reach the island of Rügen on the A 20 motorway via the motorway-like Rügen feeder road to Stralsund, over the new Rügen bridge on the B 96 in the direction of Bergen, turn right in the direction of Göhren, after approx. 20 km, behind Pantow, take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout in the direction of Binz. After approx. 2 km, turn right into the Süllitz car park (Granitz Castle) Just before the barrier, turn right and follow a newly paved road to the house.
