Description
The Schlossblick holiday home is spacious and modernly furnished, offering space for up to 4 people on two floors and around 90 m².
The heart of the house is the open living area: it extends up to the roof, the south-facing glass front lets in plenty of light, and the fireplace provides warmth on cool evenings – firewood is included. There is also a dining area and a gallery under the roof.
The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the upper floor, each with a double bed and its own bathroom; the bathroom on the upper floor is directly connected to the bedroom. There is also a guest WC with washing machine and dryer.
The fitted kitchen has an electric stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), TV, radio, and hi-fi are available, bed linen and towels are provided.
The 400 m² fenced property has a south-facing illuminated terrace with beach chair and a barbecue area. For children, there is a climbing frame and a football goal, and birdhouses are scattered throughout the garden. In the garden shed, bicycles and a children's scooter are available; you can also store your own bikes there. The car parks directly in front of the property gate.
Good to know: The house is non-smoking. Well-behaved dogs and small pets are welcome on request (€15 per night). The front door and terrace are each accessed via 3 steps.
The rental price includes final cleaning, electricity, water, heating, bed linen and towels, firewood, the bicycles, and a parking permit for free parking in Binz. There is no visitor’s tax in Zirkow.

Location and surroundings of object
After a few minutes by car you can reach the seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin and Baabe with their white sandy beaches.
After a 10-minute walk you reach the station of the narrow-gauge railway "Rasender Roland'" with which you can cross the island from Göhren to Putbus (with your bike in your luggage) and then cycle back to the house along the "Achterwasser".
It is worthwhile to travel from the small railway station just one stop further to the seaside resort of Binz to admire the seaside resort architecture on the promenade, stroll through the shops in the shopping street and, above all, enjoy the white sandy beaches to the left and right of the pier.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant cancels before the start of the contract without naming a subtenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, accounting for separate expenses: Cancellation up to 49 days before the start of the rental period = 20%, up to 35 days before the start of the rental period 30%, up to 21 days before the start of the rental period 60%, up to 14 days before the start of the rental period 90%, otherwise later than 14 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental price.

You can reach the island of Rügen on the A 20 motorway via the motorway-like Rügen feeder road to Stralsund, over the new Rügen bridge on the B 96 in the direction of Bergen, turn right in the direction of Göhren, after approx. 20 km, behind Pantow, take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout in the direction of Binz. After approx. 2 km, turn right into the Süllitz car park (Granitz Castle) Just before the barrier, turn right and follow a newly paved road to the house.
