Description
We rent one studio (for 2 persons) and two apartments (2 persons + 1 additional spare bed) 50m from the sea. Each apartment has a terrace with a wonderful seaview, kitchen and bathroom. In front of the house there is a parking lot and grill. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available in all apartments (stable and good quality signal).
Studio apartment lies on the first floor. It is suitable for two persons. It consists of one big room with kitchenette and bathroom included (all 20m2). Studio is equipped with one double-bed (queen size), TV, gas stove, cutlery and dishes. Bed linen is provided. There is a big terrace (14m2) with wonderful sea view.
One-bedroom apartment lies on the first floor, on the side of the house. It is suitable for three persons. It consists of one bedroom with double-bed (queen size), separate kitchen/dining room, large bathroom (all 25m2) and small terrace (3m2). For the third person we provide spare bed or sofa-bed. Apartment is equipped with TV, gas stove, cutlery and dishes. Bed linen is provided.
Attic-studio apartment lies on the second floor. It is suitable for three persons. It consists of one large room with kitchen/dining area included, and large bathroom (all 26m2). It is equipped with double-bed (queen size) and additional sofa-bed, TV, gas stove, cutlery and dishes. Bed linen is provided. There is a very large terrace (25m2) overlooking the sea and islands. This apartment has the best sea-view of all our apartments.

Sv. Petar is a small tourist destination, situated 15 km southeast of Zadar and 10km northwest of Biograd. Apartments are located 50m from the sea. Sv. Petar is a place where you can spend your holidays in peaceful and natural surroundings with crystal clear sea. Your friendly hosts await you with comfortable apartments with wonderful seaview and islands of the Zadar Archipelago. It is ideal place for people who love the quiet and the open-air life.
The vicinity of Zadar and Biograd allows guests to attend cultural and entertainment events. There are several national parks nearby, great for one-day tour. We recommend visits to islands of the Zadar Archipelago, as well as excursions to the national parks of Kornati, Krka, Plitvice and Paklenica. 10 minutes drive from amusement Fun Park ("Croatian Gardaland").

A very nice vacation
We have spent our vacation at the Breka family's three times already.
The landlords are two very very dear people who make you feel like family. Mr. Breka takes loving care of the guests and gives interesting tips for excursions. The vacation apartment is great, you arrive and feel comfortable immediately. It is superbly equipped, everything has been thought of.
Only about 50 m to the beach. The area is beautiful.

We might come back again
We spent beautiful 10 days at Apartments Darija in August 2017.
We arrived early in the morning. Apartment was ready for us, I must say it was very clean. It looked exactly as described and presented at the time we made booking. We got our own parking space, which was very important to my husband :) . Family Breka welcomed us with refreshments, brandies and juice. During our whole stay, they have been very friendly hosts, bringing grilled fish, cakes, offering drinks...
Even though it was high season period, it was pretty quiet during the night and we had very good sleep. We enjoyed sitting at the terrace with beautiful seaview, especially was nice in the evening. This apartment is 1-2 minute walk distance to the beach, very convenient to go back for launch brake, and swim at any time you like. There are several restaurants in close proximity, two of them very close, on the beach. Very good local food, not too expensive.
This location is not in the city, so if you like to party, your options are city of Zadar or Biograd (10-15min drive). But, it is perfect location if you want to visit surrounding area, because it is equally distant (east and west) from several historic cites and national parks. We visited national park Kornati and Krka, and also historic sites in the city of Zadar, Nin and Sibenik. Very beautiful.
We like visiting different areas every year, but in a few years we might come back again!

Excellent for day trips, cheap, quiet, for couples
Excellent location for a day trip (10-45 minutes drive):
West: Zadar, Nin (history and culture), 2 national parks (sightseeing)
East: Biograd, Sibenik (history and culture), 3 national parks (sightseeing)
Good price. Flat with great view from the balcony. Free parking. Hospitable and very helpful provider. The flat was very clean. Super Wi-Fi signal.
