The location of Villa CA NOSTRA offers breathtaking sunsets with a fantastic view over the Bay of Palma. The comfortable 260 m² villa extends over two floors, each with its own separate entrance. With a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there is comfortable space here for up to 8 guests. From the street side, you enter the house and thus the first floor. This houses 3 bedrooms (1x double bed, 2x each with single beds) and 2 bathrooms with showers. Furthermore, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with satellite TV and a sea view balcony, from which a spiral staircase leads down to the pool terrace and the entrance to the lower floor, which is also accessible separately from outside. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and the other has a ceiling fan. The lower floor houses 2 further bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x single beds) and 2 further bathrooms with shower (1 of which is en suite). One of the bedrooms has air conditioning and the other a small ceiling fan. The spacious living area here consists of an open kitchen with adjoining long dining table, and a sofa corner with SAT-TV and access to the pool terrace.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast on the spacious sun terrace with a panoramic view reaching as far as the Bay of Palma and the mountain scenery of the Tramuntana beyond. Afterwards, refresh yourself in the large 10 m x 5 m swimming pool (depth 0.80 m x 1.90 m, step entry) and relax while sunbathing on the loungers, while the children play on the lawn in the sheltered garden. In the evening, you can fire up the barbecue and enjoy the starry sky with a glass of wine. The island capital Palma can be reached quickly from the villa in about 10 minutes. Golf lovers can play at the nearby Son Antem golf course, while water sports enthusiasts can go kayaking or try stand-up paddling at Playa de Palma.

Katastrophe
Out of 6 sunshades, 5 are broken. Pool tiles are chipped but left in the pool. Dishwasher is defective. Spray arms did not allow water through due to contamination. Shower heads in the bathrooms do not stay on the wall. Shower partition is not movable.
Ventilation pipe in the apartment is leaking - as a result, the apartment smells like a septic tank. Oven is only usable with baking paper as it is very dirty. Bed linen had holes. The apartment was only usable after we cleaned it completely. Garden furniture partially so defective that we could not use it. The access road to the finca has such deep potholes that the rental car's windshield got cracked. And much more.
The managing director H. Schulz unfortunately has not responded to the complaints.
Conclusion - keep your distance from both the finca and the company. Things can always go wrong - but how a company handles complaints - that is how you can recognize its value. Therefore, hands off. All complaints are documented.

Nun haben wir tatsächlich erst nach sehr langer Zeit eure Bewertung lesen können. Und, wir sind geschockt!! Es ist einfach nur traurig so eine derart schlechte Bewertung zu bekommen.
Richtig sind einige der aufgeführten Punkte, diese wurden allerdings schnellstmöglich von den Eigentümern behoben. Auch wir hatten während eures gesamten Aufenthalts ständig Kontakt miteinander, auch dies ist von unserer Seite aus dokumentiert und kann jederzeit nachgewiesen werden. Dazu genügt allein die Whatsapp-History.
Was allerdings von eurer Seite aus nicht erwähnt wird, sind beispielsweise die unzähligen ausgelösten Verstopfungen der WCs! Denn hierzu musste, nachdem wir euch mehrfach darauf hingewiesen hatten bitte keine Feuchttücher usw... über diesen Weg zu entsorgen, sogar eine Fachfirma zur Finca um die gesamte Abwasserrohranlage freizuspülen. Dieser Spass kostete um die 260 EUR.
Ganz abgesehen von zwei abgerissenen Duschköpfen und der am Ende absolut verschmutzt hinterlassenen Finca, damit meinen wir, nicht einmal Besenrein.
Nicht weiter schlimm, solche Dinge können passieren, kommt ab und zu vor. Nur geben wir hierzu als Agentur keine so derart negativen Bewertungen über unsere Gäste ab! Darin liegt der Unterschied, und, nicht die Tatsachen zu verdrehen.
Wir hoffen das ihr bei eurem nächsten Feriendomizil mehr Glück habt und damit zufriedener sein werdet, wir hatten uns zurückgehalten, nur wollten wir aufgrund eurer so ungerecht schlechten Bewertung nun doch einmal die Dinge klarstellen. Schade das es soweit gekommen ist!
