Description

The 2.5 room flat (60 m2) offers space for 2 to 4 people. It is suitable for cultural and city travellers as well as for business travellers who prefer individual accommodation to a hotel stay. The comfortably furnished flat consists of a living-dining room with open kitchen and a separate bedroom, as well as a spacious bathroom with double lavabo and shower. The flat is equipped with air conditioning. The pull-out sofa in the living room offers two additional sleeping possibilities. In addition, the flat has two small balconies, one facing east onto the side street, and one facing west onto the inner courtyard, which has a terrace for the general use of the house residents. There is no parking space available. Parking is available in the Piazza Castello car park, approx. 500 m away (daily and weekly tickets). Bus stop nearby.
The flat is on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the middle of the old town of Locarno. However, due to the location in the side street, the flat is quieter. Great restaurants, cafés, shops and bars are right on the doorstep, so to speak. There is also a grocery shop and a bakery within walking distance for your daily shopping.

In May a wonderful little place! Everything is easily accessible, the lake, the hiking spots, the promenade....very good amenities. We would love to come back!
