The sunny 3.5 room apartment is located only 5 minutes by car from Locarnoa and Ascona and 2 hours by car from Milan and is part of a two-family house (lower floor) with separate entrance via an outside staircase. The apartment consists of a living, dining room with sofa set, dining table, TV and internet as well as over a well equipped open kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with french bed and a bathroom with shower/WC and a car parking space in front of the house.
From the covered balcony a staircase leads to the garden, where you can enjoy the southern sun; the available deck chairs as well as the barbecue complete the vacation offer. Here you can enjoy the view and relax. The area is quiet and recommended for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Besides good culture, the area offers a variety of activities such as climbing, llama trekking, wild bathing beaches by the river etc. The region is also a paradise for hikers and nature lovers.
The house is located in a side street in a slightly elevated position in the district of Solduno (Locarno) towards the Maggia and Centovalli valleys. Bus stop and train station of the Centovalli Railway are about 10 minutes walk away. Restaurants and shopping facilities in Solduno or Losone are also reachable in a few minutes by car.
