Das 5.5 Zimmer Ferienhaus bietet Platz für 5 Personen. Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss mit Gartensitzplatz und Tessiner Steintisch. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Doppelschlafzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett, sowie ein Badezimmer mit WC. Im 1. Stock befindet sich der grosszügige Wohn-, Essbereich mit offener Küche, einem Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Sofagarnitur, TV, sowie ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Ebenso ein kleiner Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Das Mansardenzimmer, das Sie über eine Wendeltreppe erreichen, verfügt über einen offenen Wohn- Schlafbereich mit Sofagarnitur und TV, sowie einem grossen Doppelbett. Dieser Bereich ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Öffentlicher Parkplatz ca. 150 m entfernt (gebührenfrei). Die Zufahrt zum Ausladen ist gestattet.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Dorfkern von Verscio in der einzigartigen Landschaft des Terre di Pedemonte, nahe des Teatro Dimitri, das 1971 vom Clown Dimitri gegründet wurde. Das Teatro Dimitri hält ein hochstehendes Kulturangebot in einer intimen und lebhaften Atmosphäre bereit. Der Bahnhof sowie Bushaltestelle befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank und Post. Der Fluss Melezza bietet viele schöne Badestellen zum Baden. Zwischen Verscio und Cavigliano ist das Flussbett breiter und so auch etwas familienfreundlicher. In Tegna gibt es einen schönen Strand.
Das Centovalli ist bekannt durch seine von Touristen sehr beliebte Centovalli Bahn, die von Locarno nach Domodossola Italien über eine abenteuerliche Bahnstrecke führt. Weiter trumpft das Tal mit zahlreichen Attraktivitäten und Ausflugszielen auf auf wie z.B. Rasa, einem winzigen Dorf auf einer natürlichen Terrasse inmitten von Weiden und Wäldern gelegen, ein Juwel, das nur zu Fuss oder mit der Seilbahn erreichbar ist.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located in the centre of Verscio in the unique landscape of Terre di Pedemonte, near the Teatro Dimitri, which was founded in 1971 by the clown Dimitri. The Teatro Dimitri offers a high quality cultural programme in an intimate and lively atmosphere. The programme includes contemporary theatre, dance, music, theatre for families and children and thematic festivals, complemented by performances by the Dimitri family and students.
Verscio is an ideal starting point for hikes and for exploring the valleys of Ticino. The train station of the famous Centovalli Railway and the bus stop are in the immediate vicinity, as well as restaurants, shopping facilities, bank and post office can be found in the village.

Casa Gialla is ideal for us (climbing and making music), only the parking spaces are a bit further away. The customer service from FewoTessin has been great and super friendly for years!

Very beautiful and bright apartment in the heart of Verscio, very close to the train station, therefore also very well accessible by public transport. Shopping options with the bakery Peri and Coop nearby are perfect. The apartment is cozy and very well equipped; everything is available for cooking for yourself. The Parco Dimitri opposite is filled with life and nice for soaking up some sun in between. The balcony and terrace are rather shady, which is an advantage in summer. A place to return to.
