The two-storey 3.5 room apartment is suitable for 4 people and has a spacious entrance hall with built-in wardrobes and desk, a living/dining room with robust steel cover, an open kitchen equipped with the latest kitchen appliances and an aesthetic steam exhaust hood. The living/dining area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchair, as well as a dining table and an extra-large flat screen TV.

On the upper floor is the gallery room with glass railing and another bedroom. From the living room and the gallery you have a wonderful view of the promenade with park and the Lake Maggiore thanks to the large window fronts. A bathroom with walk-in shower, WC. A beautiful, high-quality chestnut parquet flooring runs through the entire apartment. Even on hot days the room climate remains pleasant. This is ensured by the two air conditioners, one in the upper and one in the lower area, and the controlled ventilation. Take a morning stroll along the promenade and enjoy a cappuccino in one of the restaurants and cafés directly below.

Exclusive holiday apartment with a beautiful view of the lake. Top equipped with modern furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Ideal arrival by public transport. The apartment is located directly below the train station. Despite the proximity to the train station and a busy road, the apartment is very quiet. The huge window front makes you forget that the apartment has no balcony. In the immediate vicinity, you will find many great and good restaurants. An ideal location to explore the surrounding area on foot. E-bike rental directly at the train station. We were able to enjoy a few relaxing days with wonderful weather and are convinced that we will come back...

A beautiful vacation rental on 2 levels (gallery) for up to 4 people, ideal for a family of 4. 5 minutes to the center, 2 minutes to the ship. On the sleeping loft in the gallery, 1 bathroom with a large shower and toilet. Sink (with air conditioning) below spacious living room with a very beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. (with air conditioning) The wonderful panoramic window front closes well and when the windows are closed, you can't hear anything from outside. Many very good restaurants from 2-10 minutes and a bakery in 2 minutes walking distance. Locarno train station right next door. The three of us had a wonderful stay! We thank FEWO Tessin for the good advice and will gladly come back!!

Many very good restaurants within 2-10 minutes and a bakery within 2 minutes.
Locarno train station right next door.
