From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the lake and promenade. A double bedroom with a large wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds (pull-out bed) is available. A bathroom with bathtub / WC. Reserved parking space in the underground car park.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment house on the lake promenade of Locarno-Muralto. Shops, restaurants, bars and playground are in the immediate vicinity. The train station, bus stop and boat harbour are about 10 minutes away on foot. Ideal for those who arrive by public transport. The promenade Via della Riva, which stretches from Locarno to Tenero, has a cycle track, public beaches, sunbathing lawns, playgrounds and restaurants.
