Was erwartet den Urlauber bei der Buchung der Seaview : Bei der Anfahrt hatten wir erst mal ein leicht komisches Gefühl beim Anblick des Wohnkomplexes. Ein zweigeschossiges Flachdach Gebäude mit vielen Ferien Wohnungen. Bei der Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage besserte sich das Gefühl. Es wird eine große Tiefgarage mit einem großen Stellplatz geboten. Sehr schön. Beim Gepäck hoch tragen vermisst man einen Fahrstuhl. ( Da kann der Wohnungseigentümer nicht für , er hat das Haus nicht gebaut. ) Für ältere Menschen aber nicht so einfach. Als wir in den Flur ein bogen Richtung Wohnung bekamen wir wieder ein ungutes Gefühl. Ein langer, etwas dunkler Flur mit vielen Wohnungen an Wohnungen. Als wie aber die Tür zur Seaview auf schlossen, bekamen wir wieder ein Lächeln ins Gesicht. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Von allen Zimmern hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Ostsee. Einfach nur WoW. Das Boxspringbett im Schlafzimmer ist super bequem und hat nichts mit ausgeleierten Matratzen zu tun, die man anderswo schon mal antrifft. Ein großer Vorteil für uns, das die komplette Wohnung mit elektrischen Rolladen ausgestattet ist und für lichtempfindliche Schläfer genügend Dunkelheit bietet. Auf dem Balkon wird noch ein elektrisches Sonnenrollo angeboten. Schön ist auch das zwei Fernseher in der Wohnung zu finden sind, Einer an der Wand im Schlafzimmer gegenüber vom Bett, der andere natürlich im Wohnzimmer. Im Außenbereich ist noch ein Pool zu finden für die Hausbewohner, dazu kann ich aber nichts schreiben ,da dieser noch nicht freigegeben war. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung dazu gehört. Wenn die Sonne scheint, schnell mal zum Strand, man hat ja einen Korb. Toll. Im Badezimmer ist eine Scheibe, wodurch man über das Schlafzimmer und dem Balkon hinweg auf die Ostsee schauen kann. Beim Duschen ist das schön, beim Toilettengang weniger, Uns hat das gestört das man vom Schlafzimmer aus ins Badezimmer schauen kann und keine Intimsphäre herrscht.. Mein Vorschlag an dem Vermieter, eine einseitige durchschaubare Folie aufs Fenster zu kleben. Raus schauen ja, rein schauen nein. Diese Folien gibt es ja heute zu genüge. Das ist für uns persönlich der größte Minuspunkt. Zwei kleine Mängelpunkte sind noch der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken im Bad , entweder heißes Wasser oder kaltes, ganz schlecht zu temperieren. Und die Tür zum Badezimmer ,sie schließt nicht gut. Das sind aber wirklich Kleinigkeiten , die man für kleines Geld abstellen kann. Wir würde diese Wohnung volle fünf Sterne geben, aber auf Grund des für uns störenden Fenster zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer ziehen wir einen Stern ab und geben gute vier Sterne. Trotzdem überwiegen die ganzen Vorteile dieser Wohnung und wir kommen gerne wieder.

The random welcome from the owner in the underground car park was very warm. We also liked the short presentation of the flat. Having breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine in February or enjoying the sunrise while taking a shower is quite an experience. The equipment of the flat left nothing to be desired. We enjoyed our 14-day stay very much.

What awaits the holidaymaker when booking the Seaview :
On arrival, we first had a slightly strange feeling at the sight of the apartment complex.
A two-storey flat-roof building with many holiday flats.
The feeling improved when we entered the underground car park. There is a large underground car park with a large parking space. Very nice.
When carrying luggage upstairs, one misses a lift. (The flat owner cannot be held responsible for this, he did not build the house)
But not so easy for older people.
When we turned into the hallway towards the flat, we got a bad feeling again.
A long, somewhat dark corridor with many flats next to each other.
But when we opened the door to the Seaview, we smiled again.
The flat is bright, friendly and modernly furnished.
You have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea from all the rooms. Simply WoW.
The box spring bed in the bedroom is super comfortable and has nothing to do with worn out mattresses that you sometimes find elsewhere.
A big advantage for us is that the entire flat is equipped with electric shutters and offers enough darkness for light-sensitive sleepers.
There is also an electric sun blind on the balcony.
It is also nice that there are two TV sets in the flat, one on the wall in the bedroom opposite the bed, the other of course in the living room.
In the outside area there is a pool for the residents, but I can't write anything about it, because it was not yet open.
A big plus is the beach chair, which belongs to the flat.
When the sun is shining, you can quickly go to the beach, as you have a basket. Great.
There is a window in the bathroom, so you can look out over the bedroom and balcony to the Baltic Sea.
This is nice when showering, but not so much when going to the toilet. It bothered us that you can see into the bathroom from the bedroom and there is no privacy.
My suggestion to the landlord is to stick a transparent film on one side of the window. Look out yes, look in no. There are enough of these films nowadays.
For us personally, this is the biggest minus point.
Two small faults are the water tap at the washbasin in the bathroom, either hot water or cold water, very difficult to control.
And the door to the bathroom, it does not close well. But these are really small things that can be fixed for little money.
We would give this flat a full five stars, but because of the window between the bathroom and the bedroom, which we find disturbing, we deduct one star and give it a good four stars
a good four stars.
Nevertheless, all the advantages of this flat outweigh the disadvantages and we will gladly come back.
