Entweder bessere Kontrolle, wie die Endreinigung vom Personal erledigt wurde, mindestens aber immer wieder Schulungen abhalten: Bei uns war die Dachterasse schon bei unserer Ankunft sehr dreckig - Die Reklamation wurde aber sofort erledigt -sehr gut. So stelle ich mir die Abstellung einer Reklamaion vor.
