Our modern renovated holiday house near Savognin/Lenzerheide/Davos and Bergün is available again. The homepage of ferienhaus-crapanaira provides information. Space for 2-9 (10) people, modernly furnished with 5.5 rooms. In the middle of the ELA Nature Park.
In 15-20 minutes you are in the middle of the golf, hiking, biking and ski/biathlon areas of Lenz/Savognin/Lenzerheide/Davos and Bergün.
Spontaneous inquiries are also possible at any time. From now on, the summer price of from Fr. 145.00/day already applies.

CRAPANAIRA is a detached 5½-room single-family house on two floors with 9 beds and has been modernly renovated. (With the sofa bed pulled out, even 11 people can stay overnight). The house is located between the villages of Surava and Alvaneu-Bad, in the hamlet "Pro Quarta", in the Albula Valley, Graubünden.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday house Crapanaira is located in the hamlet of Pro Quarta between the villages of Surava and Alvaneu Bad. Detached with plenty of surrounding land. Motorway A3, then switch to A13 towards Chur, follow until exit 22 Thusis-South. Then St. Moritz/Tiefencastel towards Tiefencastel, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Albula, follow Albulastrasse or main road all the way. After the Surava station (train station) about 1 km further, at the junction go straight ahead, then after 200 m on the left side: ARRIVAL and holidays! The hiking, biking, and skiing areas of Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 15–20 minutes. Savognin: The children’s paradise.
Surava and Alvaneu Bad belong to the new large municipality of ALBULA and are part of the Naturpark ELA, the largest nature park in Switzerland (over 1,000 km of marked hiking trails). You can swim year-round in the renovated sports center in Lenzerheide. In summer, the bathing lake Lai Barnagn in Savognin invites you to linger. Golf course in Alvaneu Bad (approx. 2 km away). Lenzerheide - Arosa is one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland. With 225 snow-sure kilometers of slopes and a record number of sunny days, the winter paradise is definitely worth a visit.
