If you are looking for the extraordinary, this penthouse is just right for you. This magnificent penthouse is luxurious and equipped with every comfort. You enjoy a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera, and on a clear day you can also see el Hiero.
The holiday home has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning (for a fee) Exclusive furnishings, roof terrace with solar shower + loungers. Large living room with satellite TV and comfortable couch set with plenty of space, large dining area in the living room with access to the spacious balcony including lounge area, electric barbecue on the large balcony and large dining table. Kitchen with osmosis system for drinking water, the kitchen is excellently equipped. The flat is located in a residence with tropical garden and 2 communal pools. It is suitable for people seeking relaxation and families. Loud music and noisy behaviour is not welcome here.
You can cook to your heart's content in the perfectly equipped kitchen.
A washing machine completes the full equipment. You have free WLAN access with a fast internet connection (ideal for home office). Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. If you have any questions on site, please feel free to contact the German management.
The penthouse is only suitable for people and families seeking rest and relaxation. Parties, loud music etc. are not permitted in the complex. The statutes and house rules are accepted with the tourist rental contract.
In the comfortable San Remo complex in Palm Mar in the south of Tenerife, there are 2 pools, one of which is for children, paddle courts for sporting activities are also part of the complex.

There are some boul/pentange courts on the promenade, boul balls are available. There are 2 large pools (one for children) situated in a beautiful tropical garden. From the balcony you have a view to the pool and garden area, the Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera.
Depending on your needs, you have a wide choice of sporting activities as well as leisure and excursion options. There is a padel court directly in the residential complex.
All shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity, the Beach Club Bahia Beach is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. All shops for daily needs, doctor, pharmacy and many very good restaurants in Palm Mar are also within walking distance.
The 'Malpais de la Resca' is very suitable for hikers. A promenade leads to Playa la Arenita and the Bahia Beach Club. The nearest beaches in Los Christianos, Las Americas and Costa Adeje as well as golf courses and shopping centres are 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Directly on the Atlantic Ocean, you will find a beach club called Bahia Beach. It has been completely renovated. Very good cuisine, drinks and cocktails of all kinds can be enjoyed here to the sound of the sea. Sunbeds and loungers can be rented here.
To the south of the village is the hiking area 'Malpais de la Rasca'.
A supermarket, various restaurants, doctors and a pharmacy are within walking distance.

They have been active in the holiday home rental business for over 10 years and with international properties are always interested in being able to realise customer wishes in the best possible way. They have been married for 10 years, have a son and are themselves ambitious holidaymakers, bon vivants and water sports enthusiasts.
