On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and an integrated dining area, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The bathroom will be completely renovated at the beginning of 2025 and will have a walk-in rain shower. The living space is equipped with a flat-screen TV (German channels via cable, Netflix possible), fireplace, and music box. The kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven/microwave. The kitchen is very well equipped. In a chamber accessible from outside, there is a washing machine available. In the garden, there is an open outdoor fireplace and garden furniture available. The house is located in the small, quiet bungalow park Yperhof. It is a detached holiday home surrounded by its own grounds. There is a parking space directly at the house. The park has a children's playground. The beach is about 1 km away. The centre of the small village of JUlianadorp, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants, is also about 1 km away. A few restaurants are halfway down the road. A golf course and swimming pool are also within easy reach. The location offers many possibilities for excursions. Attractive cities can be reached in less than an hour (Alkmaar, Enkhuizen, Hoorn).
