Description
Two winter-proof Tyrolean log houses in residential quality for up to 5 people in the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park. The houses are located in a small car-free residential complex (25 houses) in the upper row at the edge of the forest. Smoking is not permitted in our holiday homes.
House 6 is off-limits for pets and is equipped for allergy sufferers,
House 8 - pets are allowed here for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
A total of 25 log cabins of the same type and a larger log cabin as a reception building with sauna and massage room stand on an approx. sqm large forest and meadow plot.
The holiday complex on the outskirts of the village is harmoniously integrated into a sloping plot and is bordered on two sides by the forest. The market town of Stamsried (456 m) is located in the nature park "Upper Bavarian Forest". In the west, north and east, up to 600 m high wooded hill ranges surround the village and cause the mild climate. To the south, the landscape opens up to the nearby Regental valley.

House No. 8 Stamsried
Good day,
We have never had such a bad holiday home.
It was supposed to be a lovely carefree holiday.
Unfortunately, that was not the case. No trace of cleanliness, dirty pans, bowls stuck with leftover food from previous guests, and the dishes had to be rewashed. We found old shower bottles in the shower and under the cabinets (old socks & tampons) were found.
The mattresses are absolutely worn out, as well as the couch. The stove is absolutely not suitable for cooking, as it is dirty, and even the seal is defective and hanging down. The crowning moment was that we had cold water for 16 days because the water heater was broken. Conclusion - this house No. 8 is not recommended. Best regards, Lagodny

Vom Vermieter Hallo Herr H.(Haus-/Gästebetreuer vor Ort), wir vermieten ja schon sehr lange und bisher immer an zufriedene Kundschaft! Mieterin mietete zu regulären Mietpreisen der absoluten Hochsaison und schob später noch einen Screenshot von "Ferienhausmiete.de" nach, der als Basis den niedrigsten Saisonpreis beinhaltete (allerdings auch mit Hinweis auf abweichende saisonale Preisgestaltung!) Die Auflistung der unter den Möbeln gefundenen Gegenstände deckt sich mit dem, was ich im Nov. bei der Grundreinigung unserer Ferienhäuser vorfand als ich, wo der Staubsauger nicht hinkommt, gewischt hatte. Aber ich habe diese nicht zurück gelassen! Auch hatte ich selbst, obwohl im Hs. 6 ansässig, im Haus 8 geduscht und alles war völlig normal. Allerdings hatte ich in der Rezeption, als diese noch die Sauna beinhaltete, selbst so ein Erlebnis. Von drei Strom-Phasen steigt unerwartet eine aus, und nur mit 220 Volt wird´s nicht mehr sehr warm! Heute habe ich mir Hs. 8 vorgenommen das ja ab Samstag einen Mieter hat. Die Liege, die im November noch von mir kontrolliert wurde, hatte vier lose und eine gebrochene Federlatte (taugt nicht als Trampolin!). Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht im SAT-Betrieb. Ein HDMI-Kabel war herausgezogen, die Stromversorgung des "neuen SAT-Receivers" war unterbrochen. Muß man aber erst einmal rausfinden, dass die Fernbedienung nicht die Ursache ist! In der Spülmaschine im Geschirrkorb war ein Tab das sich so langsam auflöste . Die Backofentür-Dichtung konnte nur durchrutschen weil die oberen zwei Schrauben lose waren. Dies geschieht, wenn man die Tür "zuplumpsen" lässt. (Dauerschaden!) Aber ich bin Ingenieur genug um die Tür auszubauen, zu zerlegen, zu reinigen und wieder einzubauen mit korrekt angebrachter Dichtung!
