Ard'View-Durbuy is a luxury holiday home with an indoor swimming pool and a unique view over the valley. Durbuy is easily accessible via the Ravel cycling and walking paths (5 km) and offers all possibilities of restaurants, terraces, activities indoors and outdoors.

After a refreshing dive in the indoor pool, or relax quietly in the infrared cabin, it is wonderful to relax on the terrace, which offers a unique panoramic view over the Famenne region and the Ourthe valley. The house is stylishly furnished with a large open living room with open kitchen, lounge and pool billiards. The living room overlooks the indoor pool and the unique view through the large windows. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons (double bed Queen size). Two bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms share a shower room.

This property does not accept youth and male groups. After 10 pm absolute silence is required outside (electronic control). In the event of non-compliance with the conditions of use, the rental will be terminated immediately, without refund.
Pets not allowed.

Check in MANDATORY between 15.30 and 16.30 for control and explanation pool.

A wonderful vacation in a beautiful little house! We had a great time in this lovely holiday home. The view is simply stunning, the pool is highly recommended, and the BBQ did exactly what you expect from it — top! The little house itself is well-maintained and feels like a nice base for a relaxing vacation. What really positively surprised us was the excellent service. A broken light bulb? Immediately got a replacement. A pool cue that didn't work? Without hesitation, an extra was offered. And when there was a problem with the hot water, the issue was resolved within fifteen minutes after one phone call. That's how it should be! As points for improvement, we would like to mention two things. Because there is no air conditioning, you quickly open the windows — but screens are missing, allowing mosquitoes free rein. And the cold water meter makes a noticeable ticking sound when in use that can be heard in the bedrooms. A nighttime bathroom visit is therefore accompanied by some noise disturbance. All in all, a very nice place to stay with a welcoming owner who responds quickly and adequately. We definitely recommend it!

First house with everything included. The only downside is that there are no screens and there were still many mosquitoes present (November 16!). So really a positive tip to arrange that (windows open inward, so outside screens are a great solution).

It is a beautiful house! Nice rooms, bathrooms, incredibly beautiful upper space! Unfortunately, there are no mosquito screens, which limited the possibilities to ventilate and keep the house cool. As soon as the windows were opened in the evening to cool down, the hornets flew in numerous (etc). That did break the atmosphere a bit... hornets are attracted to light sources in the evening. We could only close all the windows in the evening, which made the house extremely warm. Sitting outside was only possible in complete darkness without any light source. During the day, it was certainly manageable. But it is important feedback. Investing in mosquito screens everywhere would not be an unnecessary luxury. The service and accessibility of the agency on-site was perfect! !
