Description
The 3 bedrooms are located in the attic. The large bedroom also has a cosy sitting area with partial lake view.
The high-quality fitted kitchen has, among other things, a dishwasher and microwave. Our rustic dining area offers enough space for 7 people. There is a comfortable shower-bathroom on each floor. On the large terrace facing the sun, peace and quiet and relaxation are the order of the day. A washing machine is available in the utility room.
Two parking spaces are located directly at the holiday home. Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and handcart are available in the storage room.

The holiday home is in a quiet location in Satelsrönne. The beach is approx. 250m away, the adventure wave pool "Ahoi" approx. 500m. The centre of Duhnen is about a 9-minute walk away.
In the other direction you can reach the nature reserve "Duhner Heide" and Sahlenburg.
When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the day in a beach chair or take a walk to the Duhnen beach promenade with its many cafes, restaurants and shops.

Cancellation terms:
If the holiday home is not used, 80% of the agreed total price must be paid if the accommodation cannot be rented to someone else. However, at least €30 will be charged as cancellation fees. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

At low tide, you should let the wind blow around your nose on a mudflat hike or take a horse-drawn carriage to the island of Neuwerk.
The highlight of your holiday could be a trip to Cuxhaven to the "Alte Liebe", followed by a visit to the seal banks.
