On the main floor you will find a cozy lobby, a bright living-dining room with a welcoming fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub. The lower floor will surprise you with a luxurious master suite with a large double bed and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. A small office area offers a productive corner, and direct access to the lush garden creates seamless indoor and outdoor living. Outside, the terrace, a fully fenced garden, and a barbecue invite effortless outdoor enjoyment.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and all outdoor spaces, including the private pool, garden, and terrace. Off-property parking guarantees the security of your vehicle. To access the house it is necessary to go down about 40 steps. Baby items (crib and high chair) are available upon request.

Beautiful view
Beautiful view! Steep streets and many stairs to the cottage. Nice forest nearby for walking. Supermarket and bakery nearby, open late. Good base to visit beautiful towns like Pals and Peratallada. Girona is also recommended. Pool is 1.5m deep. Ideal for younger children. Little shaded area. No air conditioning in bedrooms. Yes, in living room. Marta responds and works quickly. Friendly cleaning ladies we met when leaving the house. Beds neatly made upon arrival.

Efectivamente, la urbanización está situada en la montaña, lo que hace que haya algunas escaleras y calles empinadas, pero también nos regala esas maravillosas vistas que tanto valoran nuestros huéspedes.
Respecto a la sombra, queremos comentarte que ya hemos incorporado una sombrilla en la zona de la piscina, junto a las tumbonas, para mayor comodidad durante el verano.

Beautiful house renovated and newly furnished.
Comfortable and quiet location.
Street parking for cars is not a problem.
There is a long staircase leading down to the house.
Not suitable for people with limited mobility. Garden is under construction.
Martha has arranged everything neatly.
Car is necessary.
There is a bakery and good supermarket with butcher nearby.

Quiet holidays
Charming detached house located in a very quiet area with wonderful mountain views, parking and easy access. Great place to share with family and children where pets are allowed. Close to the beach and forest with supermarkets just minutes away.
Very happy with the experience.
