The newly renovated villa is located just a few kilometres from the centre of Pula and the nearest beaches. Guests have access to a private outdoor saltwater pool surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, and a large terrace with a dining area and barbecue is located nearby. The modern and beautifully designed interior offers everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to 11 people. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room and the main kitchen with dining area, as well as a small auxiliary kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a bathroom. An interior staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where the remaining three air-conditioned bedrooms are located, two of which also have access to a balcony, as well as a bathroom and an additional smaller kitchen. The third bathroom is located in an additional building in the courtyard, which also has an entertainment area where guests can play table tennis or billiards.
