Your flat is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept residential complex in the first row to the beach. From the 10 sqm furnished balcony you have a fantastic view of the Flensburg Fjord.
Through a large window front, a lot of daylight enters the spacious living and dining area with open kitchen.
The LIVING AREA invites you with a sofa bed (180x200 cm), two cocktail armchairs and a sofa table to cosy evenings in family company. A flat-screen TV with radio function and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. From the living area you can also access the sea view balcony.
The ESSBEREICH is furnished with a large table and 4 chairs. Here you can enjoy your breakfast together.
The fully equipped KITCHEN has an oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. In addition, there are many other cooking utensils.
Your flat has a BEDROOM with double bed (180x200 cm) and wardrobe.
The BATHROOM was completely renovated in 2020. An illuminated mirror and a shelf provide additional comfort.
The flat has a free parking space at the house. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room. Please bring your own bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, cloths and toilet paper. These cannot be provided.

Your domicile is in a fantastic location, directly on the Flensburg Fjord in Harrislee Wassersleben. It is only 5 minutes by car to the centre of the harbour town of Flensburg. Or simply take the bus that stops right in front of the door, journey time 15 minutes. It is only a stone's throw to neighbouring Denmark. The region is perfect for excursions by bike or with walking sticks. Forests and water invite you to explore.
The sandy beach of Wassersleben is just across the road. Here you can relax wonderfully. From your balcony you always have a view of the fjord.
Wassersleben has a supermarket with a snack bar, a bakery, cafés and restaurants. In neighbouring Flensburg with its beautiful harbour, the choice is even greater.

Die Unterkunft war gut. Mangelhaft waren die Sauberkeit Duschabfluss und Lüftungsfilter im Bad.
Als Kritikpunkt sehen wir auch, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche selbst mitgebracht werden müssen.
Das ist ein Grund dafür, dass der Preis für diese Unterkunft zu hoch ist.

Liebe Gäste, schade dass es Ihnen vor Ort nicht gefallen hat. In der Objektbeschreibung wird ausdrücklich auf die mitzubringende/n Bettwäsche und Handtücher hingewiesen. Das Appartement hat 52 qm und einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Dafür haben Sie Ende Juni (Sommer!) durchschnittlich nur 78,50 Euro pro Übernachtung inkl. Reinigung bezahlt. Dass das Appartement zu teuer wäre, ist also nicht nachvollziehbar. Die Kritik bzgl. des Duschabflusses und Lüftungsfilters geben wir gern an den Betreuer vor Ort weiter. Wenn das die einzigen Mängel sein sollen, kann man mit der Reinigungsleistung trotzdem sehr zufrieden sein.
