Starting in the entrance you can see that it´s something special: mosaic tiles provide a special ambience.
The around 100 qm apartment with open living and sleeping area offers space for up to 4 people.
Additional to double bed in the living are you can find a separate attractive and charmingly decorated bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (120 x 200 cm).
Also there´s a sofa-bed in the living room which can be used for one person.
If cooking is your true passion, you will love our „Alpen Loft“:
The high-quality designer kitchen with stainless steel work surface is fully equipped with modern built-in appliances and providing all you need for a self-catering holiday.
Next to the living room you will find the luxurious bathroom with ground-level shower and toilet.
The terrace is perfect for mild summer evenings and sunny winter days: Enjoy Farchant's idyll here and relax from the stress of everyday life - we wish you a good rest!

Sehr schöne Lage. Bäckerei in der Nähe. Rad und Wanderwege 5 Minuten entfernt. Küche gut ausgestattet. Mit unserem Vierbeiner und Kinder schönen Aufenthalt gehabt.

Very nice vacation apartment in a quiet location in Farchant. It was nice to have a second, separate bedroom for one person. The apartment is very well maintained. The beautiful bathroom and the comprehensively equipped kitchen round off the feeling of well-being.

Very nice vacation, accommodation is very spacious and modern. On really hot days it gets very warm in the accommodation due to the skylight above the sleeping area and ventilation is only possible to a limited extent. Otherwise a very relaxing vacation in a great location.

A very nice bright holiday apartment. Very modern and stylishly furnished. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. There was enough space for us (2 adults, 1 child & dog). We could also use the small terrace with a small garden. It is located in the village center and in a quiet area. We felt very comfortable.

We really liked the apartment. The furnishings and equipment are high quality and tasteful. A small drawback - if you can call it that - are the windows in the living/bedroom that go almost to the floor facing the quiet village street. To protect against unwanted views, pleated blinds are installed, which also obstruct the view outside. However, this would not be a reason for us not to book this apartment again. The apartment also has a small, lovely terrace that reaches close to the street, but the latter is so lightly traveled that it is not bothersome. The apartment is located in Farchant, a few kilometers north of Garmisch. The village is "cute," clean, has a nice atmosphere, and you can reach Garmisch by car in a few minutes or the nearest supermarket for shopping.

...beautiful spacious holiday apartment with very good modern equipment. Quiet residential area and easy to reach. Gastronomy and bakery within walking distance. Sunday arrival option is a good alternative. We will gladly come back.
