Centrally located holiday apartment in Garmisch-Partenkirchen
The town hall is just two blocks away. That says everything about this holiday apartment’s central location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. And yet it is only one of the many remarkable advantages that the “Olympia” apartment offers.

The wooden elements exude a cosy atmosphere, and the design is light and airy. The ambience and fittings are perfectly coordinated and have been put in place with a love of detail. The result:
top quality and very tasteful

The entry and living area is open plan with an unobtrusive bistro table to separate the areas. A round arch leads through to the kitchen, embedded in a niche and with all mod cons. A clever sliding door takes us through to the sleeping area with two single beds.

Holiday apartment – perfect for families
But that’s far from everything: This 63 square meter apartment also offers a
separate bedroom with a double bed and a second flat screen TV. The neighbouring bathroom houses a spa-like rain shower. This makes the “Olympia” holiday apartment perfect for up to four people, and in particular for a family with children.

Last but not least: On the third floor, the two balconies offer a majestic view of the mountains and the Alpspitze. This holiday apartment is a real treat for the eyes with its views of the outside world.

Underground parking beside the building
The underground parking space right beside the building makes this holiday home even more perfect – you have no parking problems despite its central location. Nothing is missing to make sure you are perfectly happy on holiday!

Sehr schöne,saubere Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Zentral in Partenkirchen gelegen, nette Nachbarn. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nette Wohnung in Partenkirchen mit super Zugang zu dem ÖPNV. Bäcker und Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen und die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Es gibt auch eine Kapselkaffeemaschine.

The apartment is very centrally located, and the parking options in the underground garage are very good. The apartment is sufficiently large for four people. However, the shower can only be accessed through the bedroom. For us as a family, that was okay. There is definitely enough storage space for everyone. The kitchen equipment is very good. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so climbing stairs should not be a problem.

All in all, a very nice vacation, which was due to the good weather, but also to the really beautiful apartment. The apartment is equipped with a lot of love and, in my view, is high-quality as well as comfortably furnished. In this regard, really top! Service was very friendly, the apartment was well prepared! As we were informed upon arrival, other visitors have already indicated that the underground garage can be tight. The underground garage itself is fine, but the access is a bit tricky. This led us to park the car 400-500m further away, with the necessity of occasionally adjusting the parking disc there. Subjectively, of course, but a smaller car might help. But it's not really a problem. Everything else is great, but I still find it too expensive. However, it's probably typical for the region, so that's okay too. I just think that, for example, around the BGL, you get more for your money.

First of all, the positive: Olympia is generously sized and equipped with quality (very comfortable beds). The kitchen was too small for us. The location is very central, the downside: The apartment is located at an intersection of the B2, and therefore street noise on the balcony is not just a minor issue, but constantly present. But those who are looking forward to relaxation on the balcony... The side view of the mountains does not make up for it, although the tree in the middle in front of the balcony is already important to cover the antenna on the roof opposite. What annoyed us was the cleanliness. Both toilets showed clear signs of the previous occupants, and we had to clean upon arrival. Also, hair in the bathroom or bed, greasy surfaces, musty sofa cushions... surprised us. The agency said we should have complained right away to send another cleaning staff. But who wants (and can) wait after a long journey? We found the reaction weak.
