We were more than satisfied with the entire process and absolutely thrilled with the apartment. The furnishings of the apartment are very good. Nothing is missing. The folder with the photos that we received on the day of arrival is a fantastic idea, just like the labeling of the keys. We have seen many beautiful vacation apartments, but here we were surprised that it could be even better. The underground garage is also a big plus.

We definitely felt very comfortable! The furnishings are very functional, yet also of high quality. There is plenty of space for clothes, especially when you are on a hiking vacation. It's great that a washing machine is available. The view of the mountains is fantastic, even if the birch tree in the garden could stand five meters further to the right. We really felt very comfortable in this apartment. The amenities leave nothing to be desired and everything is in an extremely clean and well-maintained condition. Three different pillows per person pleasantly surprised us. Breakfast on the balcony with a view of the Zugspitze is a great way to start the day. The location is excellent, and if you enjoy walking, the car can stay in the garage most of the time.

We were at the Olympia vacation apartment for the second time, and it was again a perfect stay. The apartment is very conveniently located. We were able to reach all our destinations on foot. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The defective hairdryer was kindly and promptly replaced. Would love to come again!

All in all, a very nice vacation, which was due to the good weather, but also to the really beautiful apartment. The apartment is furnished with a lot of care and, in my view, is of high quality and comfortably equipped. In this respect, really top-notch! Service was very friendly, and the apartment was well prepared! As we were informed upon arrival, other guests had already indicated that the underground garage can be tight. The underground garage itself is fine, but the access is a bit tricky. This led us to park the car 400-500 meters away, with the need to occasionally adjust the parking disc there. Subjectively, of course, a smaller car might help. But it's not a real problem. Everything else is great, but I still find it too expensive. However, that seems to be normal for the region, so that's okay. I just think that, for example, you get more for your money around the BGL.

First, the positives: the apartment is spacious and equipped with quality furnishings (very comfortable beds). The kitchen was too small for us. The location is very central, but the downside is that the apartment is on a crossroads of the B2, so street noise on the balcony is not just a minor issue but constantly present. Those who are looking forward to relaxation on the balcony... The sideways view of the mountains doesn't make up for it, although the tree in the center in front of the balcony is important, also to cover the antenna on the opposite roof. What annoyed us was the cleanliness. Both toilets showed clear signs of previous occupants, and we had to clean upon arrival. Hair in the bathroom or bed, greasy surfaces, musty sofa cushions... surprised us. The agency said we should have complained right away to send another cleaner. But who wants (and can) wait after a long journey? We found the reaction weak.

A very nice and clean apartment. The underground garage is tight to drive into and a challenge every time. Personally, I wouldn’t want to drive in with an SUV or station wagon. But the parking spaces in the garage are nice and wide. The kitchen is small but nice. You have everything you need. The view of the Alpspitz is beautiful. It’s only a two-minute walk to Ludwigstraße. We would love to come back!

The flat is really very nice and furnished in a top-modern way. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with large shower and separate WC. The third floor is actually a bit of a hassle for arriving and departing from the garage in the basement, especially if you are travelling with children and lots of luggage, so it is best not to pack too heavy suitcases. Otherwise, the handing over of the keys and also the acceptance at the end of the holiday was very courteous and friendly. A really great flat that we can recommend.

Except for a broken/missing blind, everything was as in the pictures and very clean. The local mountain lift was within walking distance via a nice path along the field and the train station is not far away either. It is a pity that you have to pick up the key far away from the centre of the village, otherwise we would have managed without a car this holiday.

For us it was a perfect holiday in a very nice holiday flat. We didn't want for anything. We would come again and again. A bit of traffic on the main road, so sitting on the balcony was not so pleasant, but we were always on the road anyway.

Even the view of the mountains from the side doesn't make up for that, although the tree in the middle in front of the balcony is important, also to cover the radio antenna on the roof opposite.

This flat had everything we were looking for. Very clean and comfortably furnished. Very spacious. Optimal location to Ludwigstraße, bus 2 minutes away, also a big Rewe market.
