Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und sehr sauber. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten jeder unser Zimmer allein. Haben drei Etagen zu Fuß gemeistert. Es ist nur am An- und Abreisetag etwas anstrengend. Es gibt keinen Aufzug.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Ferienwohnung Olympia und es war wieder ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig. Wir konnten alle unsere Ziele zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Defekte Föhn würde freundlich und umgehend getauscht. Gerne wieder!

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub, was an dem guten Wetter gelegen hat, aber auch an der wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und aus meiner Sicht hochwertig, als auch komfortabel eingerichtet. In dieser Hinsicht wirklich top! Service war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung top vorbereitet! Wie man uns bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt hat, haben andere Besucher schon angezeigt, dass die Tiefgarage eng sein kann. Die Tiefgarage an sich ist schon ok, der Zugang schon hackelig. Was für uns dazu geführt, dass wir das Auto 400-500m weiter abgestellt haben, mit dem Umstand teilweise die dort notwendige Parkscheibe umzustellen. Subjektiv natürlich, aber ein kleineres Auto mag helfen. Aber kein wirkliches Problem. Sonst alles top, preislich finde ich es trotzdem zu teuer. Für die Region aber wohl üblich, also auch ok. Finde nur, dass man z. B. rund um das BGL mehr für‘s Geld bekommt.

Schöne Wohnung in Partenkirchen. Neu und schön eingerichtet, mit mehr Deko würde die Gemütlichkeit rüber kommen, ist aber eine persönliche Ansicht. Sehr sauber. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts.

Erst mal zum Positiven: Olympia ist großzügig geschnitten und qualitätsbewusst ausgestattet (berquemste Betten). Die Küche war uns zu klein. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, der Nachteil: Die Wohnung liegt an einer Kreuzung der B2 und damit ist Straßenlärm auf dem Balkon nicht nur Nebensache, sondern ständig präsent. Wer sich aber auf Entspannung auf Balkonia freut… Das macht dann auch der seitliche Blick auf Berge nicht wett, wobei der Baum mittig vor dem Balkon schon wichtig ist, auch um die Funkantenne gegenüber auf dem Dach zu verdecken. Was uns geärgert hat, war die Sauberkeit. Beide WCs wiesen klare Spuren der Vorgänger auf und wir mussten bei Ankunft erstmal putzen. Auch Haare in Bad oder Bett, schmierige Ablagen, mufflige Sofakissen... haben uns überrascht. Vo der Agentur hieß es, da hätten wir uns gleich beschweren müssen, um noch mal eine Putzkraft zu schicken. Aber wer will (und kann) nach langer Anreise schon darauf warten. Wir fanden die Reaktion schwach.

Die FeWo Olympia ist eine moderne Fereienwohnung, mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Wohnung kist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden diese wieder buchen, sollten wir eines Tages wieder in Patenkirchen Urlaub machen.

Eine sehr tolle und saubere Wohnung. Die Tiefgarage ist eng reinzufahren und jedes Mal eine Herausforderung. Mit einem SUV oder Kombi würde ich persönlich nicht reinfahren wollen. Aber die Parkplätze in der TG sind schön breit. Die Küche ist klein aber fein. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht zur Alpspitz ist wunderschön. Zur Ludwigstraße sind es nur zwei Gehminuten. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der gesamten Abwicklung und ganz begeistert von der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Mappe mit den Fotos, die wir am Anreisetag erhalten haben ist eine grandiose Idee, genauso wie die Beschriftung der Schlüssel. Wir haben schon viele schöne Ferienwohnungen gesehen, waren aber hier überrascht, dass es noch besser geht. Auch die Tiefgarage ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

Einfach und schnell es war mit Abstand die beste Ferienwohnung die wir hatten. Einzigster kleiner Manko die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage war etwas eng aber zu bewerkstelligen.

Hallo, wir haben selten eine so schöne Wohnung benutzen dürfen. Die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung ist perfekt, das Ambiente modern eingerichtet. Wunderschön auch die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Berge. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist halt die Lage in der dritten Etage, aber das kann man verschmerzen. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt. Man kann diese FeWo nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen und alles ist in einem äusserst sauberen und gepflegtem Zustand. 3 verschiedene Kopfkissen pro Person haben uns angenehm überrascht. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Zugspitze lässt den Tag gut beginnen. Die Lage ist prima und wenn man gerne läuft kann das Auto die meiste Zeit in der Garage verbleiben.

Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, egal mit wem wir zu tun hatten. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die dritte Etage,die wir geflissentlich überlesen haben.so hatten wir neben täglichen Wanderungen immer noch ein abschließendes Sportprogramm. Die Garage ist für große PKW etwas kniffelig aber machbar. Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung schon weiter empfohlen. Vielen Dank

Highly recommended. The apartment is spacious, bright and very clean. We were two and each had our own room. We managed three floors on foot. It is only a bit tiring on arrival and departure days. There is no elevator.

The flat is really very nice and furnished in a top-modern way. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with large shower and separate WC. The third floor is actually a bit of a hassle for arriving and departing from the garage in the basement, especially if you are travelling with children and lots of luggage, so it is best not to pack too heavy suitcases. Otherwise, the handing over of the keys and also the acceptance at the end of the holiday was very courteous and friendly. A really great flat that we can recommend.

Except for a broken/missing blind, everything was as in the pictures and very clean. The local mountain lift was within walking distance via a nice path along the field and the train station is not far away either. It is a pity that you have to pick up the key far away from the centre of the village, otherwise we would have managed without a car this holiday.

We really felt very comfortable in this flat. The furnishings really leave nothing to be desired and everything is in an extremely clean and well-maintained condition. we were pleasantly surprised by the 3 different pillows per person
pleasantly surprised. Breakfast on the balcony with a view of the Zugspitze is a good way to start the day. The location is great and if you like walking you can leave the car in the garage most of the time.

we have rarely been allowed to use such a beautiful flat.
The furnishings and equipment are perfect, the ambience is modern. Beautiful
also the view from the balcony to the mountains.
The only downer is the location on the third floor, but you can get over that.
Our dog also felt at home.
I can only warmly recommend this apartment.

We definitely felt very comfortable! The furnishings are very functional, but at the same time of high quality. There is plenty of space for clothes, especially if you are on a hiking holiday. It is also great that there is a washing machine available. The view of the mountains is great, even if the birch tree in the garden could be five metres further to the right. A very nice flat. Nicely furnished, good beds. Directly in the centre of Partenkirchen with nice little shops. The underground car park is also ideal in winter. We felt very comfortable.

We were more than satisfied with the entire process and completely thrilled with the flat. The equipment of the flat is very good. Nothing is missing. The folder with the photos we received on the day of arrival is a great idea, as is the labelling of the keys. We have seen many nice holiday flats before, but were surprised here that it can be even better.
The underground parking is also a big plus.

The service from arrival to departure was very friendly and accommodating, no matter who we dealt with.
The flat is furnished in a modern style. We felt very comfortable.

The entrance to the garage is a bit narrow for large cars but doable.

A very great and clean flat. The underground car park is narrow and a challenge to get into every time. I personally wouldn't want to drive in with an SUV or estate car. But the parking spaces in the underground car park are nice and wide.

The kitchen is small but nice. You have everything you need.

The view of the Alpspitz is beautiful. The Ludwigstraße is only a two-minute walk away.

We will gladly come again!

For us it was a perfect holiday in a very nice holiday flat. We didn't want for anything. We would come again and again. A bit of traffic on the main road, so sitting on the balcony was not so pleasant, but we were always on the road anyway.

First to the positive: Olympia is generously proportioned and equipped with quality in mind (most comfortable beds). The kitchen was too small for us. The location is very central, the disadvantage: the flat is located at an intersection of the B2 and thus street noise on the balcony is not only a minor matter, but constantly present. But if you are looking forward to relaxing on Balkonia... Even the view of the mountains from the side doesn't make up for that, although the tree in the middle in front of the balcony is important, also to cover the radio antenna on the roof opposite.
What annoyed us was the cleanliness. Both toilets had clear traces of the previous occupants and we had to clean them on arrival. Also hair in the bathroom or bed, greasy shelves, musty sofa cushions ... surprised us. The agency told us that we should have complained right away and they would have sent another cleaner. But who wants (and can) wait for that after a long journey. We found the reaction weak.

All in all, a very nice holiday, which was due to the good weather, but also to the really very nice flat. The flat is furnished with a lot of love and from my point of view it is of high quality and comfortable. In this respect, really top!
The service was very friendly and the flat was very well prepared!
As we were told on arrival, other visitors have already indicated that the underground car park can be cramped. The underground car park itself is ok, but the access is a bit tricky. Which led us to park the car 400-500m further away, with the inconvenience of partially rearranging the parking disc required there. Subjective of course, but a smaller car might help. But not really a problem.
Otherwise everything is top, but I still find it too expensive. But it's probably usual for the region, so it's ok. I just think that you get more for your money around BGL, for example.

We stayed in the Olympia flat for the second time and it was again a perfect stay. The flat is very conveniently located. We were able to reach all our destinations on foot. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The defective hairdryer was kindly and promptly replaced. We would love to come back!

This flat had everything we were looking for. Very clean and comfortably furnished. Very spacious. Optimal location to Ludwigstraße, bus 2 minutes away, also a big Rewe market. We visited the restaurants, but you could also have cooked very well in the kitchen. Everything sufficiently available. Flat highly recommended. Great views from both balconies.

The service is extremely friendly and courteous, no matter who we had to deal with.
The only downer was the third floor, which we ignored. This way, we had a daily hike and a sports programme to round off our stay.
The garage is a bit tricky for large cars but doable.
All in all, we felt very comfortable and have already recommended the flat to others.

Beautiful flat in Partenkirchen.
New and nicely furnished, with more decoration the cosiness would come across, but this is a personal view. Very clean. The kitchen lacks nothing.
