Every room of this apartment “Zirbe” in Grainau is very cosy and lovingly furnished. Here you can really relax and enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
The holiday apartment "Zirbe" is 45 m² large and offers space for 1-2 persons - ideal for a beautiful couple's holiday at the foot of the Zugspitze. It is located on the 1st floor of the romantic country house in Schwarzenkopfstraße in Grainau. The breathtaking view of the mountains will certainly remain in your memory for a long time.
Cosy kitchen with Bavarian corner seat
The cosy kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances, such as a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and electric kettle. The Bavarian wood corner bench looks great. However, there is no oven in the kitchen, but that should not be a problem, because there are many good restaurants in Grainau, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by the Eibsee bus.
Fantastic view of the mountain panorama
The country house is on a small hill, so you have a clear view of the whole Zugspitze massif. The holiday apartment "Zirbe" has a spacious balcony with balcony furniture from where you can enjoy this breathtaking view. This is the perfect place to end a beautiful day.
Relax in the private wellness hut
A special highlight of this country house is the wellness hut in the garden. Here you will find an infrared Zirbentherme, which you can use after registration. Here you can relax perfectly after a great day in the mountains.

Die Ferienwohnung Zirbe besticht durch: - Einen fantastischen Blick auf den Waxenstein vom Sofa und Balkon aus - Eine schöne und gemütliche Ausstattung mit angenehmer Deko - Die Möglichkeit, den Urlaub ohne Auto zu verbringen, da die Bushaltestelle (nach Garmisch Partenkirchen bzw zum Eibsee/Zugspitze) ca. 3 Minuten vom Haus entfernt ist und auch zu Fuß der Weg zu den Lebensmittelläden und Restaurants des Ortes in 10-15 Minuten auf schönen Wegen machbar ist - den überdachten großen Balkon, auf dem man in Ruhe sitzen, essen, Seele baumeln lassen kann - Eine kleine Küche mit 2 Kochplatten (kein Backofen), in der man gut unaufwändige Mahlzeiten zubereiten kann - Die Möglichkeit, vom Haus aus gleich loszuwandern, zB zur Höllentalklamm.... Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!!

Süße Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon. Die Wohnung war sauber wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Toll ist auch das da Hunde erlaubt sind.

Immer wieder schön. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Der große Balkon mit der Sitzecke und direktem Blick auf die Berge ist unser Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Päärchenurlaub Schlüsselübergabe und Anreise erfolgten Problemlos. Es ist alles in der Unterkunft vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Betten sind bequem. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Bushaltestelle und Zahnradbahn sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Man kann das Auto getrost während des Aufenthaltes stehen lassen (Parkplatz sonnengeschützt direkt am Haus). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die FW ist klein, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr gut; die Aussicht ebenfalls. Die Ortsmitte Grainau ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der kostenlos benutzbare Eibseebus hält praktisch vor der Haustür.

Eine wunderschöne Fewo in toller Lage mit Blick auf die Zugspitze. Sehr ruhige und angenehme Wohnlage. In 10-12 Gehminuten ist man im "Zentrum" von Grainau. Die Fewo bietet alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ideal für zwei Personen. Die schöne Wärmekabine bietet eine weitere Option zur Entspannung. Auch die Betreuung und Abwicklung durch die Wohnungsvermitteung empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

The Zirbe apartment is very nicely furnished. The fantastic view from the balcony of the mountains is very beautiful. The bus stop is around the corner and you can quickly walk to the center of Grainau! We had a very nice and relaxing holiday!

A beautiful vacation apartment in a great location with a view of the Zugspitze. Very quiet and pleasant residential area. In 10-12 minutes walking distance, you are in the "center" of Grainau.
The apartment offers everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Ideal for two people.
The beautiful sauna cabin offers another option for relaxation.
We also found the support and handling by the apartment agency to be very pleasant.
We can recommend the apartment without any restrictions.

The FW is small, but completely sufficient for 2 people. The location is very good; the view is also good. The center of Grainau can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The free Eibsee bus stops practically in front of the door.

It is a really sweet apartment and totally sufficient for two people. We had a great week, great sunshine, great experiences, nice people and every day the enjoyable break on our balcony.
Only a tiny drawback: the heating system in the bathroom is very uncomfortable when it is 16 degrees outside at 8:30 in the morning and when we arrived late in the afternoon. Only the infrared heat from above worked with the light on, but that is probably not environmentally friendly, especially considering the effects of the current Ukraine war. Nevertheless, we have to say that we also dealt with the issue on Saturday evening and Sunday (even if it was not successful), thank you very much. We would love to come back and we will recommend you to others.

Couple vacation
Key handover and arrival went smoothly. Everything is available in the accommodation to supply yourself. Beds are comfortable. The view from the balcony is a dream. Bus stop and cog railway are within a few minutes' walk. You can safely leave the car during your stay (sun-protected parking directly at the house). We will gladly come back.

We can unreservedly recommend the apartment "Zirbe". The location is fantastic. Quietly located in Grainau, the view of the Zugsoirte mountain massif is breathtaking. The flat is cosy and equipped with everything. Although the bowl transfer takes place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, this is no problem if you have a car.

It was a very nice week in a cosy holiday flat. Great balcony, fantastic view, everything you need for your stay was there. We stayed at Landhaus Almzauber for the second time and will definitely come back again.
