Would you like an unforgettable holiday in a small village at the foot of the Zugspitze? Then the cosy holiday apartment "Bergwiese" in Grainau is the ideal place to stay. The breathtaking view of Germany's highest mountain and the countless leisure activities leave nothing to be desired.
The holiday apartment "Bergwiese" is located on the ground floor of the magnificent country house in Schwarzenkopfweg in Grainau. With its 55 m², 2-3 persons find place in the beautiful and very comfortably furnished apartment. Here you can feel completely comfortable.
Comfortably furnished holiday apartment with Bavarian corner seat
The apartment is very cosy and furnished with comfortable country house furniture, which provides a good atmosphere. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa with a table and a flat screen TV and DVD player. Here you can spend comfortable hours together with your family.
The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances, such as a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and electric kettle. The Bavarian wood corner bench looks great. However, there is no oven in the kitchen, but that should not be a problem, because there are many good restaurants in Grainau, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by the Eibsee bus.
There is also a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single room. A special treat is the mountain view from your bed. In the bathroom there is a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

The country house is on a small hill, so you have a clear view of the whole Zugspitze massif. The holiday apartment "Bergwiese" has a large south terrace with terrace furniture from where you can enjoy this breathtaking view. This is the perfect place to end a beautiful day.
Relax in the private wellness hut
A special highlight of this country house is the wellness hut in the garden. Here you will find an infrared Zirbentherme, which you can use after registration. Here you can relax perfectly after a great day in the mountains.

Gesamteindruck 3 Lage 5 Preis/Leistung 3 Service 3 In der Wohnung sind keine Weingläser und kein akzeptabler Herd mit Backofen. Im Bad ist die Toilette so niedrig, dass man denkt man sitzt auf einer Kindertoilette. Der Toilettendeckel ist nicht passend für das Toilettenmodell.

POSITIV: Die Wohnung ist mir seit Jahren durch eine andere Vermietung bekannt und mir "lieb" geworden. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Wohnung incl. des Inventars sind weiterhin sehr gut. Gestellte Bett- uund Badwäsche ist mehr als ausreichend. Die Ausstattung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Betten sind sehr gut vom Liegekomfort. Mülltrennung ist gut organisiert Verbesserungspotentiale: Staubsauger erneuern, er riecht mehr als unangenehm und der Schlauch geht schnell ab. Freundlichkeit bei der Begüßung am Sonntag um 16 Uhr ist deutlich "ausbaubar". Kleinere Mängel bei der Wohnungsreinigung erkennen und beseitigen (Glühbirne war defekt, Schlafzimmer- und Badtür haben extrem gequitscht). Ausstellung der Gästekarte war ungenügend. Ich wurde von der Vermietung zur Kurverwaltung und zurück geschickt, obwohl ich alle geforderten Unterlagen (Behindertenausweis) wunschgemäß im Vorfeld der Vermietung zur Verfügung gestellt habe.

There are no wine glasses and no acceptable stove with an oven in the apartment.
In the bathroom, the toilet is so low that you feel like you're sitting on a children's toilet. The toilet seat does not fit the toilet model correctly.

A very nice holiday flat for two people (with a child if necessary). A very small but adequate kitchen without an oven. The view is great and the bathroom has been renovated in the meantime. We could do all the things we wanted to do on foot from the flat. We hardly noticed the train. If we go to Grainau again, we will stay here.

Great view of the Alp and Zugspitze, partially renovated holiday flat, bathroom was brand new! with parking space, very good beds, everything in the kitchen was there. Booking directly is much cheaper than via a platform. 10-15 min by car to the local mountain for skiing. Late check-in possible.
