Very nice, generously sized apartment in an absolutely central location. Many things can be done on foot. The furnishings, especially in the kitchen, are above average. Nothing was lacking for extensive cooking. I can recommend the apartment without reservation and would rent it again myself if the opportunity arises.

This is a top vacation apartment in a very quiet, yet still convenient location. There is truly no shortage of space. The apartment is tastefully furnished with three bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and three balconies in three different directions. The sauna works perfectly and heats up very quickly to the desired temperature. You have a good view of the mountains in all directions. Shopping, supermarket, within walking distance is possible. Garmisch center is a good 10 minutes away on foot. There is also an elevator and an underground parking space. Finally, the key handover was also problem-free with nice contact. So in short: no wishes were left unfulfilled.

We enjoyed our time in this huge vacation apartment. We lacked nothing. We especially enjoyed the view from the 3 balconies. It's just a pity that you couldn't see the Zugspitze directly. The huge refrigerator with the integrated ice maker was impressive. Overall, a top offer at a fair price.

The holiday apartment was very comfortable. One bed is a bit small for two adults, so I would offer the apartment for a maximum of 5 adults. With an elevator and underground garage, sauna, and a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a great view of the mountains, we felt very comfortable there.

Mahr is the best in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen district. I have used it for years in a row for long-term stays with the family. The communication is wonderful, and the accommodations are always clean and well-equipped with kitchen utensils and cookware that you need during your stay.

Beautiful apartment; somewhat aged; e.g. sofa a bit worn; backrest damaged; floor discolored/scratched; experience shower did not work (calcified?). Drains in the showers were clogged, we bought drain cleaner and provided some relief; not optimally cleaned (e.g. doors/door handles with strong fingerprints/dirt; z. Part dust; kitchen around the stove greasy; grease splatters on the wall); sauna towels received only upon request. Overall, it was still a nice stay; we are happy to come back to Mahr's.

Luxury holiday apartment, 25 minutes walking to the Hausbergbahn. 5 minutes on foot from the grocery store. We had no car available, but that was not a problem: everything was easy to access. Everything you need was there: good kitchen, 2 bathrooms; one with sauna and one with bath. We were with our family and the grandmother: the apartment was great for this composition because there were 2 bedrooms with large double beds and 1 bedroom with a small double bed. This bedroom also has a television and a sofa. Finally, the apartment is very accessible because there is a lift.

The apartment and the view are impressive. The furnishings and amenities were good to very good. The support from the agency was also very good. The small deductions in service and overall impression relate exclusively to the apartment; we also mentioned this criticism to the agency upon departure. For example, many lamps were defective, and the armrests on the sofas were loose. The overall impression was diminished by the somewhat sparse kitchen equipment with dishes and other small items. For example, pot holders were missing, and the dishwasher had to run half-empty because there were not enough plates, normal drinking glasses, and cutlery available. Overall, this left the impression that someone rarely checks the apartment to see if everything is in order. Therefore, there is also a small deduction in the price-performance ratio. I assume that something is really being done here and would therefore still recommend the apartment.

After we enjoyed our time here so much last summer and felt so comfortable, we returned in May. As a family with two adult children. Wonderful spacious stylish cozy holiday apartment, everything as described, with an ice maker for the hot days, and a sauna and fireplace for the cold rainy days. The sweaty hiking clothes can be easily cleaned in the available washing machine. Everything wonderful! The room service is very friendly and accommodating. Would gladly return!

Great accommodation, clean and well-maintained! We chose it especially for the three bedrooms - it was perfect for a family with two children and grandparents. Great amenities also with games for the family and books. Those who need the ski bus have to walk about 900m - so definitely manageable. Supermarkets are about 300m away.

The apartment is superbly equipped with a sauna, washing machine, two bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen. In a few minutes' walk, you are in the city, there is a supermarket around the corner, so you can easily get by without a car. The walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space, but there is also plenty of space overall to enjoy a nice vacation. Overall highly recommended!
