Enjoy an unforgettable holiday experience in this very exclusive and modern holiday home with wonderful mountain views.

  The location of the “Haus am Katzenbach” is particularly attractive for mountain-loving holidaymakers, because it is very close to the very popular hiking mountain Wank, whose 1790m high summit you can reach either on foot or comfortably by cable car. Other attractions, such as the large Olympic ski jump or the Partnachklamm are not far away from this holiday home and in just about 5-10 minutes walk you reach the historic Ludwigstraße, the center of the district Partenkirchen.

 The great furnished house offers two balconies, as well as a large terrace with a gigantic mountain panorama, where you can end warm summer evenings with a glass of red wine relaxed in a beach chair. Even on cold winter days, the house offers pure coziness, because you can enjoy a good book and a cup of hot tea in front of the blazing fire of the stove in the large living area.  

Holiday home is ideal for the whole family 
The house offers with its gigantic 200m ² space for up to 8 people. It has three cozy bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The bedrooms each have a double bed with a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also have a TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together with the family. It has everything you need, such as an oven, an electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker.  The large, comfortable living- and dining room is equipped with a large dining table with 5 chairs and a bench, where you can enjoy your meal with the whole family. Furthermore, the spacious living room has a TV with DVD player, a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a fireplace. On the first floor of the house is a beautiful gallery room, which you can use as a rest- or as a reading area. It is equipped with a corner sofa and a chair, as well as another TV with DVD player and a lot of books. In this gallery, you feel completely comfortable.  The “Haus am Katzenbach” also has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both are equipped with bath towels, with a shower, toilet, hair dryer and a mirror. The bathroom on the 1st floor also includes a large bathtub.

 A garage parking space is available for your car, so you will have no parking problem. Please note that this is a Non-smoking house.

Sehr schön und exclusiv ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit reichlich Platz - in ruhiger Wohngebietlage . Zentrum Ludwigstraße und Supermarkt fußläufig in ca.15 Minuten erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Hello, we had a very cozy autumn vacation. The accommodation is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Only cooking was a bit difficult for our tall son due to the low-hanging glass extractor hood. We were very lucky with the weather. What was very pleasant for us as a family is the location, so we could easily do things separately - especially recommended is the Chocolaterie Amelie in the pedestrian zone. Dear Mahr's Fewo Team, I would like to provide a brief review of the holiday home "Haus am Katzenbach." It is a beautiful holiday property and the location is great. The shopping options are just around the corner and many excursion destinations can be reached by car in no time. The beds were very good, we slept excellently, and the bathrooms were very clean. Nevertheless, I would like to give you some suggestions. The living area could use a fresh coat of paint, in our opinion. We noticed that there was a lot of dust and dead flies in the lower area (on the baseboards, the sockets, and the upper window sills). There were also dust clouds found under the beds upon arrival. Nevertheless, we spent a very nice week in this great holiday home and would come back anytime. Thank you again. Best regards, Christine Becker

Nevertheless, I would like to give you some suggestions. In our opinion, the living area could use a fresh coat of paint. We noticed that there was a lot of dust and dead flies in the lower area (on the skirting boards, power outlets, and upper window sills). There were also dust clouds under the beds upon arrival.
Nevertheless, we had a very nice week in this great vacation house and would come back anytime. Thanks again.
