The location of the “Haus am Katzenbach” is particularly attractive for mountain-loving holidaymakers, because it is very close to the very popular hiking mountain Wank, whose 1790m high summit you can reach either on foot or comfortably by cable car. Other attractions, such as the large Olympic ski jump or the Partnachklamm are not far away from this holiday home and in just about 5-10 minutes walk you reach the historic Ludwigstraße, the center of the district Partenkirchen.
Large terrace in summer - Cozy stove in winter
The great furnished house offers two balconies, as well as a large terrace with a gigantic mountain panorama, where you can end warm summer evenings with a glass of red wine relaxed in a beach chair. Even on cold winter days, the house offers pure coziness, because you can enjoy a good book and a cup of hot tea in front of the blazing fire of the stove in the large living area.
Holiday home is ideal for the whole family
The house offers with its gigantic 200m ² space for up to 8 people. It has three cozy bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The bedrooms each have a double bed with a wardrobe. Two of the bedrooms also have a TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together with the family. It has everything you need, such as an oven, an electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker.
The large, comfortable living- and dining room is equipped with a large dining table with 5 chairs and a bench, where you can enjoy your meal with the whole family. Furthermore, the spacious living room has a TV with DVD player, a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a fireplace. On the first floor of the house is a beautiful gallery room, which you can use as a rest- or as a reading area. It is equipped with a corner sofa and a chair, as well as another TV with DVD player and a lot of books. In this gallery, you feel completely comfortable.
The “Haus am Katzenbach” also has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both are equipped with bath towels, with a shower, toilet, hair dryer and a mirror. The bathroom on the 1st floor also includes a large bathtub.

Hallo, wir hatten ein sehr gemütlichen Herbsturlaub. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, geräumig und gemütlich. Lediglich das Kochen war ob der ein wenig tief hängenden Dunstabzugshaube aus Glas für unseren großen Sohn ein wenig schwierig . Wir hatten ein super Glück mit dem Wetter. Was sehr angenehm für uns als Familie war, ist die Lage, So konnten wir auch einfach getrennt Dinge unternehmen - insbesondere empfehlenswert ist die Chocolaterie Amelie in der Fussgängerzone. Sehr geehrtes Mahr\'s Fewo Team, nachstehend moechte ich eine kurze Bewertung des Ferienhauses "Haus am Katzenbach" abgeben. Es ist ein wunderschoenes Ferienobjekt und auch die Lage is super. Die Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten sind quasi um die Ecke und auch viele Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto in kuerzester Zeit zu erreichen. Die Betten waren sehr gut, wir haben ausgezeichnet geschlafen, die Badezimmer sehr sauber. Dennoch moechte ich Ihnen gern einige Anregungen mitgeben. Der Wohnbereich koennte unseres Erachtens einen frischen Anstrich gebrauchen. Uns ist aufgefallen, das im unteren Bereich (auf den Scheuerleisten, den Steckdosen und den oberen Fensterbaenken) viel Staub und tote Fliegen lagen. Auch unter den Betten waren bei Ankunft Staubwolken zu finden. Nichtsdestotrotz habe wir eine sehr schoene Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht und wuerden jederzeit zurueck kommen. Wir haben mit 7 Personen für 10 Tage in dem tollen Haus gewohnt. Alles war top! Grosszügig und komfortabel. Die Kinder liebten den Katzenbach der durch das Grundstück fließt. Die Lage ist gut, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in Partenkirchen. Sehr angenehm und doch Zentral , in 10 min ist man mit dem Rad im Zentrum. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen!!!!

Das Haus war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Alle Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen benötigt. Den Garten konnten wir aufgrund des Wetter leider nicht genügend testen. Vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche in Garmisch!10

The house was perfect for our needs. All rooms were well equipped. In the kitchen, everything you need for cooking is available. Unfortunately, we couldn't test the garden enough due to the weather.

We stayed in the great house with 7 people for 10 days. Everything was top! Spacious and comfortable. The children loved the Katzenbach that flows through the property.
The location is good, in a quiet residential area in Partenkirchen. Very pleasant and yet central, you can reach the center by bike in 10 minutes.
We can only recommend the house!!!!

Dear Mahr's Fewo Team,
Below I would like to give a brief review of the vacation house "Haus am Katzenbach".
It is a beautiful vacation property and the location is also great. Shopping opportunities are practically around the corner and many attractions can be reached by car in no time.
The beds were very good, we slept excellently, the bathrooms were very clean.
Nevertheless, I would like to give you some suggestions. In our opinion, the living area could use a fresh coat of paint. We noticed that there was a lot of dust and dead flies in the lower area (on the skirting boards, power outlets, and upper window sills). There were also dust clouds under the beds upon arrival.
Nevertheless, we had a very nice week in this great vacation house and would come back anytime. Thanks again.

Very nice house, we had a great family vacation here. The house offers enough space, a large table where everyone can eat and play together, a living room with enough space for everyone and also retreat options. It was good for us to have a washing machine to wash clothes for the 1-year-old. We would come back here to go on vacation again.

Hello,
we had a very cozy autumn vacation. The accommodation is very clean, spacious, and comfortable.
The only difficulty was cooking due to the slightly low-hanging glass extractor hood for our tall son. We were very lucky with the weather.
What was particularly pleasant for us as a family is the location, so we could also easily do separate things - especially recommended is the Amelie chocolate shop in the pedestrian zone.
