This holiday apartment in Partenkirchen offers not just one but two balconies. The north-east facing balcony offers a view of
the Wank, a mountain of 1,780 meters in the Ester Mountains. You can catch a few rays of the sun here in the mornings after you get up.
If the sunrise is too early for you, and you’re more of a night owl, then you will love the second balcony. This is directly adjacent to the living room and on the southern side of the building – the perfect place to watch the sun go down. That means that the Partnach holiday apartment is perfect as a romantic getaway.
Of course this apartment has far more to offer than just the two balconies. The
generously sized living room is perfect for relaxing with its comfortable couch. This is particularly pleasant, for example, when you come back to the apartment in the evening after a day hiking in the mountains. The large flat-screen TV and the DVD player also help to make you feel at home.

A dining table offers space for up to four people. Dishes can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen just like at home. It offers a mixer, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. That means you can start the day with breakfast just the way you like it.

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Garmisch, nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt und den nächsten Supermärkten entfernt. Dennoch ist sie so schön ruhig gelegen, dass man keinerlei Straßenlärm hört. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es einige in der Partnachstraße und den umliegenden Straßen - wir haben in der Hauptsaison (Silvester) immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Schlüsselübergabe, Abwicklung und sämtlicher Kontakt mit der Familie Mahr war immer sehr freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt!

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Fußgängerzone, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und Zugspitzbahn praktisch um die Ecke. Sprungschanze 30 min. und Partnachklamm 60 min. Wohnung großzügig geschnitten mit viel Stauraum ,es fehlt an nichts. Der Autoplatz ist allerdings knappt bemessen . Wir haben des Öfteren direkt in der Partnachstr. geparkt . Ohne Gebühr und Zeiteinschränkung . Alles in allem sehr gut und jederzeit wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Besonders angenehm sind die 2 Balkone. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Meter entfernt.

The apartment is located in the heart of Garmisch, just a few minutes from the city center and the nearest supermarkets. Nevertheless, it is so beautifully quiet that you don't hear any street noise.
There are several parking facilities in Partnachstraße and the surrounding streets - we always found a parking space during the main season (New Year's Eve).
Key handover, processing, and all contact with the Mahr family were always very friendly, fast, and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and had a wonderful vacation!
