Very beautiful and cozy vacation apartment located centrally but still very quiet in the heart of Garmisch. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Marienplatz. The main supermarkets are also just a stone's throw away on foot. The apartment is fully furnished, and one can sit very nicely in the small garden that belongs to it when the weather is good. The view of the mountains is somewhat limited due to the location. This is balanced from our perspective by a very good price-performance ratio. We have already booked our next stay there.

Also a balcony door in the kitchen/dining area. Large LED TV (also in the two bedrooms). Special mention goes to the Sonos speaker with access to TuneIn and Amazon Music; The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet and has daylight (large window; bright and good). In the second bathroom, there is a toilet and a shower - without daylight - available. Bedroom with double bed with a high, back-friendly mattress. Large wardrobe with sufficient space. Also double-door terrace door. The children's room with two very good single beds is unfortunately a bit small, so it is only suitable for sleeping. The underground garage is large, the parking space is spacious, maneuvering is very easy. Overall: Super! We would love to come back! ! !
