It was as always very nice in Haus Südwester. The new interior in the Seeanemone is also very stylish and beautiful. One small note about the new chairs in the dining area. Maybe you could stick small felt gliders back on the feet (these were also on the old chairs) because it is very loud when you move the chairs. You really don't hear anything from the other apartments in this house, which fascinates me a lot, but now with the new chairs, you can hear it from the Ringed Seal when the chairs are moved, and it will be the same in the Seeanemone when the chairs are moved. This is not meant as criticism, just a thought from us. We have been coming to your house for 10 years now and we have always been satisfied, no matter which apartment we were in. Big praise to the staff at PAS and also to the maintenance cleaning staff. They created a nice atmosphere upon arrival and catered to my wishes. Thank you very much! The apartment has a great view and is nicely furnished. Unfortunately, the apartment is a bit worn out and there were deficiencies in the kitchen. However, one can live with that!

Overall a great accommodation. Two things could be improved: The front door does not close properly and is often open. Additionally, there is no apartment assignment on the doorbells, so one unfortunately does not know where to ring when standing in front of the door. We will gladly come back!

Hello, overall we were very satisfied with the apartment and the location! It's a shame that there is no Wi-Fi, or hardly any network. The umbrella stand was broken, so when we used the parasol for the first time, it flew out of the stand and the pole landed on my son's foot, luckily there was only a bruise! Unfortunately, the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania did not adhere to its own rules and did allow day visitors to the beach, the distances there, also between the beach chairs, became smaller and smaller from day to day. Blocking off the island would have been more successful than leaving it to individual "beach wardens". A very questionable approach, but a political problem. The mask requirement was unfortunately not followed by all tourists. Sellers who do not wear protection themselves naturally struggle to remind customers... However, this is not a problem of the apartment or the rental. Unfortunately, it's a problem of the state. Low infection numbers, no day visitors, etc., strongly influenced our decision for Poel! We made the best of the time and the apartment was very nice, the Italian restaurant and the bakery highly recommended, the contact with PAS worked wonderfully and the phone calls were really friendly!
