Description
The semi-detached house, completed in spring 2011, has a spacious living area with fireplace, separate dining room and an open, fully equipped kitchen. A total of 6 beds are available. On the upper floor there are two single bedrooms. The bathroom with shower and another bedroom with a double bed also await you on the upper floor. In the cosy attic you can sleep under sloping ceilings in a room with 2 single beds. You can enjoy sunny hours on the south-facing terrace.
For the "little" guests, a travel cot and a high chair are also available.

This high quality furnished detached house is located about 50 meters from the promenade and is thus located very close to the beach. The house belongs to a small cottage area. In the neighboring riding of Plath offers carriage rides and riding lessons for beginners and advanced students as well as a restaurant. Cyclists can start on the new bike paths from here an island tour. Timm village beach is a small, peaceful town surrounded by open fields and pastures. At the small cozy beach promenade offers affordable food and also for example also a baker. Other shops such as supermarkets are available in the neighboring town. The island itself is very popular with young families and travelers who appreciate the gently sloping beaches, and very quiet and relaxing landscape for bicycle tours and hikes.
