Description
The spacious bedroom is in the loft above the living room.
Here you will find a double bed, a single bed and a small room for your clothes.
An extra bed (couch) is possible in the living room for another person. Cozy living room with flat screen TV and view of the countryside. From there you can access the beautiful balcony, which is equipped with garden furniture.
The kitchen is in a separate room with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and ceramic hob. There is also a cozy dining area in the kitchen.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet.
A travel cot and a high chair are available for younger guests.
There is a parking space at the house. Right next door is the “Lisa vom Laurin” riding stable.
The distance to the beach is approx. 1.0km!
Non-smoking apartment!!! No pets allowed!

Very good holiday resort. Nice staff. Clean and very well-equipped apartment. Disadvantage: no Wi-Fi in the apartment, which causes problems with the mobile phone in the resort. Several routers with Wi-Fi are already installed in the resort, which very likely leads to interference. Otherwise, making calls on the island works quite well.

The interior was great. The entrance area, not so much. Dirt and old large cobwebs needed to be removed, as well as on the terrace. Overall, we liked it, we would gladly come back.
