We spent very nice days over New Year's Eve with our friends who have two dogs in the well-equipped holiday home. On our arrival day, a Sunday, the heating did not work and could only be turned on by a heating technician. After a call to the Poeler Appartement Service, the technician was at the door half an hour later, and we didn't have to freeze! It couldn't be better. At most, a second parking space. Good at Timmendorf Strand is that there is little New Year's Eve fireworks (dogs) taking place! Please keep it!

The blinds should perhaps be cleaned from the inside after hibernation! Otherwise, everything is great!!! We would love to come back!

We always feel very comfortable on Poel and in House Neptun! That's why we regularly come back. However, the oak furniture could use some oil by now, and the sofa covers are also gradually reaching their end. Otherwise, everything is still wonderful!

The Neptune House pleased us very much, especially the loving decor and the abundance of dishes, glasses, and cutlery. As a suggestion, a privacy screen for the neighbor would be very pleasant.

The toilet flush in the upper floor is very poor; reception of mobile data in the house is very poor. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and would like to come again.

Solution with the pickup/drop-off of the key is actually very good. It would be nice if there were a second location in Timmendorf Strand.

Thank you for the friendly and uncomplicated registration/de-registration with the PAS administration; a necessary repair (toilet flush in the guest bathroom) was also carried out quickly and competently. We were at Haus Neptun for the second time and felt very comfortable again. It's nice that there are also books and games there. I would optimize two small things: the refrigerator is probably not complete, for example, you can't put bottles in the door, and there is no sharp knife for vegetables. Otherwise, we really had a great time.

Great that our son (adult) could be saved from the bathroom so quickly. The technician was great. And a lock can break sometimes. Criticism, nitpicked at a very high level, we missed a thermos. All in all a great holiday home with great facilities.

There is simply nothing to complain about the accommodation. Everything is there. You could even bake. We have never had so much crockery and cutlery. Nice big seating area, 4 bedrooms, kitchen with all appliances. Washing machine and good Wi-Fi. We will come back. Thank you for the great holiday.

House was really beautiful. Critique would be that the upper cushions and parasol were double stacked. And that we got a parking ticket at the black bush, yes we were 20 minutes overtime, but it unfortunately takes longer with 4 children from the beach to the parking lot.

Very nice house in a perfect location. Unfortunately, due to the open layout, heating the lower living area is difficult. There is a fireplace that heats well, but you have to provide firewood yourself. Otherwise, it is a very nice, well-kept house.

we can only praise: very nice for us, we received the keys from the very friendly staff at the office a little earlier... location and rooms correspond to the description, there was nothing missing in terms of equipment (a hairdryer is also available in the bathroom); our grandson immediately felt comfortable in "his" room - games for big and little children are available in a generous selection, as well as books in the living area... the children's rooms have socket protectors and a night light for the fearful is also there... we did not use the fireplace and the grill... personally, I (as a woman) especially liked that the decoration in all rooms was coordinated, starting from curtains to ceiling lights, and matching small maritime wall decorations... contrary to the description, there were a few dishwasher tabs, dish cloth, and toilet paper available for the start of the holiday, thank you... the way to the beach leads through the traffic-calmed area and is within walking distance... the beach is very clean and there are plenty of beach chairs available (in the off-season, no idea how it is in high season) - rent them for the entire stay, saves some money and you can watch an incomparably beautiful sunset in suitable weather... the beach is cleaned daily (so for families with small children: do not build sand castles directly in front of the beach chair...) there are toilets at the entrance to the beach... there are several cozy restaurants and a snack bar that also offers food to take away... shopping facilities are reachable by car... there are 2 nice playgrounds, a pirate ship at the harbor, and 1 playground between the beach and the campsite...

The location is also great. In a quiet street and only a few meters from the beach. All in all, we had a nice, relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. We would love to come back.

The house offers everything you need: enough bedrooms for 6 people, a fantastic furnished and equipped kitchen, a children's room equipped with many games, underfloor heating in the bathroom, ... It is wonderfully close to the Baltic Sea! The only minor drawback is the lack of hanging options for towels in the bathroom and additional hooks for jackets in the individual bedrooms! We felt very comfortable :)

We felt very comfortable - even with six people the house is pleasant to live in. The good mattresses were great, as well as the detailed, well-thought-out and individual equipment (especially in the kitchen!), the fireplace. The location is perfect, a house where you immediately feel at home. The only small to medium drawback in the otherwise super-equipped kitchen is the abysmal quality of the cutting knives. The bread knife is completely unusable, the other cutting knives - well, not great. Those who bring reliable knives will have an advantage.

The only small or medium shortcoming in the otherwise superbly equipped kitchen is the subterranean quality of the cutting knives. The bread knife is useless, the other knives - well. Those who bring reliable knives with them have an advantage here.

Friendly staff in the PAS office. Accommodation was ready earlier on arrival. Kudos to the staff. The accommodation itself lacks nothing. The terrace could be better maintained and a screen to the neighbour would make everything complete. Otherwise everything is fine. The Baltic Sea and the island of Poel are always good.

The house is great and lavishly equipped. Everything worked, the heating was wonderfully warm and the fireplace makes for cosiness. It is a pity that there is no Wi-Fi and that the house blocks mobile data. We were largely cut off from the internet, which is particularly annoying on a winter holiday.

the way to the beach leads through the traffic-calmed area and is within walking distance... the beach is very clean and there are enough beach chairs available (in low season, no idea how it is in HS) - rented for the whole stay, you save something and you can watch an incomparably beautiful sunset if the weather is right... the beach is cleaned daily (so for families with smaller children: don't build beach castles directly in front of the beach chair...)
Toilets are available at the beach entrance...
there are several cosy restaurants and a snack bar that also offers take-away food...
Shopping facilities can be reached by car...
there are 2 nice playgrounds, a pirate ship at the harbour and 1 playground between the beach and the campsite...
