The friendliness of the employees at PAS can only be evaluated this time for telephone contact, which was good. However, the reason for the telephone contact is a point of criticism. We arrived on a Sunday when your office is closed - which we did not know. Thanks to an extremely friendly holiday couple, we learned that we need a code to retrieve the key for the mailbox and thus for our documents and the vacation rental key from the key safe. In none of the emails you sent, I specifically checked again at home, is it mentioned that we need a code to get the key, as your office is closed on Sundays. In any case, I could not find anything like that in your messages. Such a hint is missing. Fortunately, the problem could be solved through the call we then had to make.

We have been to the residence at the harbor several times. It is simply beautiful there. Unfortunately, we noticed that the entrance area and the stairs were not properly cleaned. The handrail could also use a wipe. But we were very satisfied as always. So, we will definitely come back.

As already described in my review last year, beautiful and very bright apartment. The new kitchen, especially the induction stove, is great. Personally, the beds are too hard for us (We both weigh about 75 kg.), but that is of course a matter of opinion and habit.

I missed the prices for an overnight stay in the rental properties, so a quick price comparison was not possible. I found it odd that the bed linen was included in the price, but the towels had to be paid for separately.

We were guests for a week at the end of June and stayed in the great holiday apartment Hafenkieker. Everything was perfect, and we immediately felt comfortable. We were able to explore the island by bike and the friendly staff are very helpful with any questions. If we go to the island Poe again, we will definitely book through PASEMORE.

We love the apartment and are always happy to be there again! What we have noticed during this stay and urgently need to be fixed: - Fly screens in front of the windows are partially broken, mosquitoes can come in very quickly and there are really plenty of them there - one hotplate is defective - the children's chair (Triptrap) is no longer safe (the front bracket is almost breaking through, this should be pointed out urgently, or the bar should be removed so that it can be used for older toddlers).

The apartment is generously equipped with brand new pots and pans. Unfortunately, there is no toilet in the upper area, so it cannot be used when more than 2 people are staying there. Additionally, an internet connection would be desirable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much again because it was our second time here. The laundry package also deserves praise. Everything was very clean.

We have been to Hafenkieker for the fourth time and still find it very nice. Big compliments to you and the owners for replacing things in between; last year a high chair was a bit broken, which we also mentioned (for safety reasons for other visitors with babies), this time a new high chair was already there from the owners. Just a small example beside replaced fly screens, repaired trash can in the kitchenette, etc. Unfortunately, we won't be spending next year on Poel, but most likely the year after. The Hafenkieker is such a cozy and beautiful place for relaxed holidays on the Baltic Sea. The view of the harbor is great and you can watch the hustle and bustle here. You are directly at the supermarkets, bakeries, etc. And yet just as quickly by bike at the beach. We always like to come back!

This was our fourth time in the Hafenkieker and we still find it very nice. Great praise to you and the owners for replacing things in between; last year a high chair was a bit broken, which we had also mentioned (for safety reasons for other visitors with babies), this time there was a new high chair directly from the owners. This is just a small example besides the replacement of the fly screen, the repaired rubbish bin in the kitchenette, etc.

Unfortunately, we won't be staying on Poel next year, but probably the following year. Hopefully we will be happy to stay in this apartment again :)

We felt very comfortable in the Hafenkieker! The view of the harbour is great and the flat is very practically equipped - you can tell that someone has put some thought into it. Nice spacious living and dining area, comfortable beds, comfortable shower. See you next time!
