We are always excited to be in our vacation apartment. We have a great view of the harbor and Wismar. This year it was a more special experience due to the winter onset. We Thuringians know beautiful winters, but by the sea, it's a whole different ball game. Simply amazing!!!

Our stay in June 2024 in this apartment was pure joy again! The furnishings are high-quality and everything is well thought out. Whether it's the new kitchen, the lovely bathroom with plenty of storage space, the walk-in closet, or the sliding fly screen door on the balcony. But the icing on the cake is and remains the covered south-facing balcony with the amazing harbor view! Here you can sit - even in not so nice weather - and enjoy the view, like in a street café. What I don't understand, however, is why does a small dog (5 kilos) have to pay €10 per day! That's a total of €170 for us. He doesn't need electricity, he barely uses any water, sleeps in his own bed that he brought with him, and doesn't make much of a mess. The island is really great though, and that's why we will definitely come back next year!

This was now my 10th holiday in the residence at the marina, each time in different apartments, depending on availability. When booking, I thought that based on the pictures, the apartment would be very spartanly furnished! But it was almost perfect! Almost everything you need on vacation was there, well thought out and structured. The only thing that might have been missing for me was a clock in the living room and a liquid measuring cup. The bathroom renovation, including the unnecessary storage room, was also very well done. When picking up the keys at the PAS office, it would have been good to have had the information in advance that you can drive directly to the office at Am Schwarzen Busch! Because I had to get a parking ticket for the 20 minutes specifically and the way to the office is not easy to walk for people with knee osteoarthritis. Otherwise, it was two beautiful weeks with wonderful weather and we will definitely come back to the residence!

The laundry package with the blue towels we did not like so much, white was better. A dishwasher would, of course, be optimal in the apartment! It is annoying that the key handover can only be picked up or returned after business hours at the black bush in the boxes! There should be similar options available at the marina complex as well!

Kitchen equipment could be a bit more diverse (for example a frying pan). The balcony should also be a bit cleaner; the cobwebs everywhere haven't been removed for a long time. It would be nice to have a normal pillow. Otherwise, a wonderful view, especially from the balcony.
