The comfortable living area is equipped with a satellite receiver and flat screen TV/video/DVD/hi-fi.
The open kitchen offers you everything you need for a successful holiday: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. A cozy dining area with enough space and a cozy seating area ensure a great time with a large group.
One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds for a total of 4 people.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet.
The highlight is the very large roof terrace with approx. 58 m², which invites you to spend cozy hours.
There is also a fireplace and free WiFi.
A travel cot and high chair are available for our little guests!
The entire living area has underfloor heating.
A parking space and a bicycle storage area are available at the house!
In the season from December 21st to January 5th. Only bookings of 7 days or more are possible.

The apartment is great and very clean! The dishes and the knives in the knife block are very worn. The items with chipped edges and the faded glasses could be sorted out. A floor lamp would be nice in the living room so that one can also read there and doesn't always have to turn on the ceiling light. The table on the terrace should be replaced. The rollers of the upper basket of the dishwasher need maintenance. These suggestions should only be understood as friendly hints. The vacation in the apartment was very nice!

Great tasteful interior design, good layout of the rooms, huge rooftop terrace. Terrace furniture needs to be renewed (rusty chipped table, torn chairs).

The vacation rental is well equipped, the bathroom is small but it was enough for two people. What bothered us was that there was no shelf in the shower for shower gel and shampoo ... And no hooks for the dish towels in the kitchen. Otherwise everything was great...

We spent New Year's Eve with the family in several holiday apartments and we all felt very comfortable. The apartments are comfortably furnished. The kitchen has all the utensils we needed. We noticed that there are many hooks for towels etc. in the bathrooms, which was positive. Also, in the entrance area, there were 2 coatracks with hooks for children and adults, as well as a small shoe storage next to the heater. Especially in winter, additional shelves for hats, gloves, etc. would be useful to make finding things easier. The island invites for long walks with its beaches. There are great shopping facilities with a wide range of products at Rewe in Kirchdorf. The island bakery Thomasek, in close proximity, supplied us with fresh bread and buns, and the New Year's Eve pancakes were delicious as well. Overall, a beautiful holiday on the island of Poel in the holiday homes Sonnendeck and Morgenröte. Definitely not the last time.
