Description

Enjoy wonderful holidays in "Steinfurth`s Hüsung" in Kirchdorf.

This modern and spacious 3-room apartment with approx. 60 m² and an adjoining terrace is on the ground floor.

The living room is equipped with a satellite receiver and video/flat screen TV/HIFI.

The open-plan kitchenette has everything you need for a successful holiday: dishwasher, ceramic hob, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dining area and a cozy seating area complete the living room.

One of the two bedrooms has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower / toilet.

You can let the sun pamper you on the beautiful terrace with garden furniture.

There is also a fireplace for cozy hours, free internet connection via WLAN is possible.

Travel cot and high chair are available for our little guests!

The entire living area has underfloor heating.

A parking space and a bicycle storage area are available at the house!

In the season from December 21st to January 5th, only bookings of 7 days or more are possible.

We had a few very relaxing days on the island. The holiday apartment is very bright and friendly furnished. Perhaps a small privacy screen could be set up on the terrace. Many thanks also to the friendly and helpful staff of PAS. We will come back.

The apartment itself was very nice. Unfortunately, there was a constant issue with the smell of drains and sewage. Therefore, the apartment is actually not rentable.

The first thing that struck me was the unpleasant smell in the apartment. It possibly comes from the drains, and it took a long time until I no longer noticed it. The apartment also needs renovation; there are dead insects stuck to the walls, and the towel rack in the bathroom is rusty. You have no privacy on the terrace when the back apartment (Garden Oasis) is occupied, as the entrance is behind the terrace. Perhaps the terrace could be enclosed with a fence. Very disappointing, the pictures on the internet were very appealing, which is why it was booked. I would not book this apartment again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It has everything you need for a holiday. The beds were perfect for us, and overall, we felt very comfortable in the apartment. The only criticism is the adjoining garden (as described in the PAS listing). This garden does NOT exist. The small terrace is only bordered by a small hedge, behind which is directly the entrance door to the apartment Gartenoase. This should be corrected in the description.
