Description

Pretty little apartment in a house in Kirchdorf.

The living area is equipped with a satellite receiver and flat screen TV/video/DVD/HIFI.

The open-plan kitchenette has everything you need for a successful holiday: dishwasher, ceramic hob, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. You will also find a comfortable seating and dining area here.

The bedroom has a double bed for two people.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

You can let yourself be pampered by the sun on the beautiful terrace with garden furniture and adjoining garden.

You can also use free internet access via WiFi.

A travel cot and high chair are available for our little guests!

The entire living area can be heated by underfloor heating.

A parking space and a bicycle storage facility are available at the house.

In the season from December 21st to January 5th, only bookings of 7 days or more are possible.

Pets are very welcome.

Kann nur gutes berichten. Habe mich wohl gefühlt. Nur für größere Autos als wie mein Auto ist die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz schwierig. Aber ansonsten alles zur vollen Zufriedenheit.

Hello, after a somewhat bumpy arrival, we felt very comfortable in the very nice apartment. The issues were addressed immediately. Thank you for that. Insect screens in front of the windows in the bathroom and kitchen would be recommended. The refrigerator should also be cleaned under the lower glass pane. There are noticeable deposits there. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and everything was available. The new shower is very spacious. We would love to come back.

The windows seemed to have not been cleaned in ages. In the kitchen, these food storage containers were missing. Fortunately, we had plastic bags with us. And the 2 parking spaces for cars are also insufficient. Especially since construction was taking place in the house across the street, and there were constantly contractor cars there. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. Thank you for that. However, we have 2 points of criticism: - there was a dead rat in the car parking space, which had probably been there for several days - the toilet brush should also be replaced more often.
