Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Dusche: Der Duschkopf kann nicht an der Haltestange fixiert werden und der Ablauf riecht nach Abwasser; die Dichtungsfugen sind teilweise verschimmelt. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut eingerichtet. Vor allem die moderne Küchenzeile trug zur "Wohlfühlatmosphäre" bei. Positiv ist auch Ihre Kundenbetreuung: Die Reservierung und jeder Zahlungseingang wurde umgehend per E-Mail bestätigt. Die Möglichkeiten von Schlüsselannahme und -rückgabe über Briefkästen außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten haben wir in der Form auch noch nicht erlebt.

We were very surprised by the apartment and everything. Everything was in very good condition and also TOP equipped. I have rarely had such a well-equipped vacation rental. Even our mishap of leaving a day early was not a problem and a great solution was immediately found. Small note, you should replace the door stopper at the house entrance door, as it is missing and the door always hits the wall with the handle. This is damaging both the handle and the wall ;-)

The only point of criticism is the shower: The shower head cannot be fixed to the bracket and the drain smells like sewage; the sealing joints are partially moldy.
Otherwise, the apartment is well furnished. Especially the modern kitchenette contributed to the "feel-good atmosphere".
Also positive is your customer service: The reservation and each payment received were confirmed immediately by email. We have not yet experienced the options of key acceptance and return via mailboxes outside of business hours in this form.
