Beautiful, modern and cozy 2-room apartment for 2 adults and a toddler.

Bedroom with a comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobe.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink.

The friendly living room with a kitchenette invites you to linger. The open kitchenette has a 2-burner stove, microwave and dishwasher and a dining table.

The living room with a comfortable couch, TV and a beautiful balcony with new balcony furniture makes the vacation a complete success. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the harbor of Kirchdorf.

I would have wished for a dish towel in the all-inclusive package. I don't really need a roll of paper towels, also for sustainability reasons. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

This is a small but nice holiday apartment, everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable. The only thing that bothered us was that in the morning and at other times of the day, we could smell cigarette smoke through the ventilation in the bathroom. Whether it was from the apartment below us or above us, we do not know. Since air rises from bottom to top, it is assumed that it came from below. As a landlord, you can't do anything about that now, and maybe it's also a "smoker's apartment", but it was not nice for us as non-smokers. In any case, we want to come back again. But then it should be an apartment with a harbor view - the full broadside :-).

This is a small but nice holiday flat, everything you need is here. We felt very comfortable. Whether it was from the flat below us or above us, we don't know. Since the air rises from below, it can be assumed that it came from below. It's not your fault as the landlord, and maybe it's a "smoker's flat", but it wasn't nice for us as non-smokers.
In any case, we want to come back again. But then it should be a flat with a view of the harbour - the full broadside :-).
