Spacious semi-detached house for up to 6 people. The houses Luv and Lee are located very quietly at the end of a dead-end street, which borders the fields. No through traffic, ideal for those seeking peace and playing children. A small path along the edge of the field leads you directly to the beach at Schwarzer Busch. From the high-quality equipped kitchen, you enter the open living room with a cozy fireplace for quiet evenings. Behind the house is a small playground where children from both houses can meet to play together. The garden is lined with raspberry and blackberry hedges as well as apple trees from which you may help yourself to your heart's content. Each house has a two-sided, separate terrace, so that you can have breakfast or barbecue individually or together. On the ground floor, there is a separate bedroom and a large bathroom, which is also accessible for people with limited mobility, including a large, walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, one of them equipped with an additional TV. This half of the house can also be combined with the identical neighboring side Lee. Ideal for families who are friends! For our little guests, a baby cot and a high chair are available. Free internet access! You will find 2 parking spaces directly at the house. Non-smoking! Pets allowed! Let yourself be pampered every day; we offer you a bread delivery service throughout the year that you can book with us up to 4 days before arrival. Das Haus ist wunderbar ruhig und sauber Die Küche ist sehr klein es fehlen scheren die schneiden holzbretter küchenmesser Das Bett im Erdgeschoss ist sehr schmal für eine erwachsene Person Ansonsten haben wir uns dort gut erholt die Nähe zum Meer mit Hund war wunderbar Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich danke

Ein rundum wunderschönes Haus. Der Punkt „Freundlichkeit Mitarbeiter“ kann ich leider nicht beantworten, hatte kein Kontakt mit Mitarbeiter.

We had a very nice short holiday. The house was great. Nothing was missing. The stocked fridge was very varied and sufficient. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach from the house. We would love to come back. Thank you very much.

The apartment is very noisy and has a "hall effect" because there are no curtains or carpets to reduce the noise. The mattresses are very hard, somewhat uncomfortable for lighter people to sleep on. But that's complaining at a high level. You can't please everyone, and overall it's a nice apartment and we would book it again.

Great location, fantastic room layout and modern furnishings. The kitchen equipment could be better, if I offer a holiday home for 6 people, then please provide at least a set of 6 of the daily needed utensils (glasses, egg cups, etc.).

The house is wonderfully quiet and clean. The kitchen is very small, there is a lack of scissors, cutting boards, and kitchen knives. The bed on the ground floor is very narrow for an adult. Otherwise, we recovered well there, the proximity to the sea with a dog was wonderful. The house was clean and cozy, thank you.

"We felt very comfortable! The playground needs to be renewed! The sandbox is broken! A swing or a bench for children would be great. Unfortunately, the grill was really dirty from rust! A windbreak would be optimal for the outdoor seating! Otherwise, everything in the house is very nice!"

Since we first moved into the house, we have been there several times for holidays in HH Lee. The quiet location, the room layout and the furnishings make the house special. However, some things have changed in recent years: the external appearance is unfortunately deteriorating, i.e. car parking space LUV = hedge/bushes not trimmed, path/terrace = weed growth. First impressions count... The cleaning utensils (broom, sweeping kit) need to be replaced, some stains on the walls removed and a fly screen door installed on the terrace. Nevertheless, we will be happy to come back.
