Teppich im Wohnzimmer bitte entsorgen, fleckig und schon sehr alt, passt nicht zu den neuen Mobilar.Ansonsten alles top.

Two remarks: The bed by the window creaks when sitting down to lie down. (Mattress or slatted frame? Rotate or replace?) The exhaust fan in the kitchen is poorly designed and installed. One can quickly bump into the corners while working in the kitchen. This happened to me and was quite painful for my wife. A flat wall fan should be installed here to prevent injury hazards. Otherwise, we would be very satisfied with the apartment and its amenities. PS: I changed the vacuum cleaner bag and renewed its filter. Replacement was available.
