We have been there several times before. We really like the new balcony furniture, the new curtains, and the decor. We still miss a freezer, but that's complaining at a high level :-) The view is unbeatable.

The App.15 is located on the 3rd floor of the building. This makes it quiet, just as we wished. The key handover is now even better arranged with the key box on site. Everything goes faster and with less bureaucracy. We were very satisfied. We will definitely come back.

I have been to Vineta in Bansin 23 times. Since the apartments that Mr. Schuldt manages are located on the inland side towards Schloonsee, we used to stay with Mr. Pavlacka. That worked well too; I find the cleaning and key handover at CSI to be really perfect. And I will continue to accept the inland side to keep the arrivals and departures as uncomplicated as before. I have never waited for the key handover, and I always arrive on site quite early. However, I also leave as early as possible so that the following vacationers can find a cleaned room as soon as possible. I could also provide information regarding the actual departure, e.g., via SMS, when the house has been vacated.

Positive: • The communication worked smoothly. • We were informed upon arrival that the fan in the bathroom was not working, but it was repaired on the same day and there were no further issues with it. • The location of the apartment is a 10/10, it was quiet and had a great view. • The manageable layout of the apartment and especially the uniformity of the high-quality appearing furniture appealed to us very much. • The kitchen has everything necessary. The 2 pots and 2 pans were at least usable; we have experienced worse in other vacation apartments. There was also enough dishware, cutlery, and cooking utensils. It all seemed somewhat randomly assembled, but it works well for a few days. We missed a microwave and an egg piercer. The oven is supposed to have a microwave function, but we found it too cumbersome and energy-wasting to turn it on for a small matter, especially since we weren't sure to what extent plastic containers are suitable. • There are enough heating options for cold days (assuming they work). • We liked the initial supply of dishwasher tabs and towels in the kitchen. • We really liked the drying rack on the balcony to be able to dry our swimwear, towels, laundry, etc. in the sun and wind. Even for rainy/cloudy days, there is a possibility inside the apartment in the bathroom, which we really liked, well thought out. • We were allowed to stay longer than usual after uncomplicated communication, and we were very happy about that and are very grateful for it. Improvements: • approx. 80€ for the final cleaning is high compared to other rental properties. We expect a clean and tidy apartment. Unfortunately, there were cobwebs on the ceiling and it was only superficially cleaned, as large dust bunnies were found in places not immediately visible, e.g., at the baseboards in the bedroom. • Furthermore, the oven was very dirty and the dishes were mostly only superficially cleaned, so food residues were still visible. Even though it is the tenants' responsibility to clean it, it is not a pleasant feeling to arrive in a rental apartment where a cleaning fee of €80 is due and then have to find such dirty objects. Maybe there will be a better solution for this on the next visit. • The transparent curtain in the living room has a long tear (not caused by us). • The apartment door has likely suffered greatly due to its "airy" location, and the anchoring is partially torn out, as there is almost a permanent draft despite the closed glass doors in the hallway on the 2nd floor. There was also enough dishware, utensils, and cooking utensils. It all seemed a bit randomly put together, but it was sufficient for a few days. We missed a microwave and an egg piercer. The oven supposedly has a microwave function, but it was too complicated and wasteful to use it just for a small thing, especially since we weren't sure if plastic containers were suitable.

Positiv: • Die Kommunikation hat reibungslos funktioniert. • Uns wurde bei der Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass der Lüfter im Badezimmer nicht funktioniert, dieser wurde aber am selben Tag noch repariert und danach gab es keine Probleme damit. • Die Lage des Apartments ist eine 10/10, es war ruhig und man hatte einen tollen Ausblick. • Die überschaubare Aufteilung der Wohnung und besonders die Einheitlichkeit der hochwertig wirkenden Möbel haben uns sehr zugesagt. • In der Küche ist an sich alles Nötige vorhanden. Die 2 Töpfe und 2 Pfannen waren zumindest benutzbar, das haben wir schon schlimmer erlebt in anderen Ferienwohnungen. Geschirr war auch genügend vorhanden, auch Besteck und Kochutensilien. Es wirkte alles etwas wahllos zusammengestellt, aber für ein paar Tage kommt man gut damit aus. Gefehlt hat uns eine Mikrowelle und ein Eiereinstecher. Der Backofen soll zwar eine Mikrowellenfunktion haben, aber das war uns zu aufwendig und energieverschwendend wegen einer Kleinigkeit diesen extra anzumachen, zumal wir uns nicht sicher waren in wie weit Kunststoffbehälter geeignet sind. • Es gibt genügend Heizmöglichkeiten für kalte Tage (sofern sie funktionieren). • Die erste Ausstattung mit Geschirrspültabs und Tüchern in der Küche hat uns gut gefallen. • Der Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon hat uns auch sehr gefallen, um unsere Badekleidung, Handtücher, Wäsche usw. in der Sonne und dem Wind trockenen lassen zu können. Auch für regnerische/bewölkte Tage, gibt es eine Möglichkeit innerhalb der Wohnung im Badezimmer, das hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen, gut durchdacht. • Wir durften nach unkomplizierter Kommunikation länger bleiben als üblich vorgesehen und haben uns darüber sehr gefreut und sind sehr dankbar dafür. Verbesserungen: • ca. 80€ für die Endreinigung ist im Vergleich zu anderen Mietobjekten im hohen Bereich. Wir erwarten dann eine saubere und aufgeräumte Wohnung. Leider waren an der Decke Spinnweben und es wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt, denn große Staubflusen befanden sich an Stellen, die nicht auf den ersten Blick zu sehen sind z.B. an den Bodenleisten im Schlafzimmer. • Weiterhin war der Backofen sehr dreckig und das Geschirr größtenteils nur oberflächlich gereinigt, sodass noch Essensreste zu sehen waren. Auch, wenn es Sache der Mieter ist diesen zu reinigen, ist es kein schönes Gefühl in einer fremden Mietwohnung anzukommen, für dessen Reinigung 80€ fällig sind und dann solche verdreckten Objekte vorfinden zu müssen. Vielleicht gibt es hierfür beim nächsten Besuch eine bessere Lösung. • Der transparente Vorhang im Wohnzimmer hat einen langen Riss (nicht von uns verursacht). • Die Wohnungstür hat wahrscheinlich durch die „luftige“ Lage bedingt schon sehr gelitten und die Verankerung ist zum Teil rausgerissen, da trotz der geschlossenen Glastüren im Flur des 2. OGs, ein fast permanenter Durchzug herrscht. Wir mussten somit die Tür immer von innen abschließen, andernfalls wurde diese vom Wind immer auf und zugedrückt und durch die im
