Our vacation was pure relaxation. The location of the property is great. From the terrace, you can see the Schloonsee and right behind the house is the Baltic Sea. I report one issue regarding the cleaning of the property; not only the floor but also the ceiling (cobwebs) should be cleaned. We will come back, my dog and I.

The location of the accommodation is perfect! Everything needed was available. The idea of the key box is great, as it allows for flexibility upon arrival; however, it would have been nice to have contact with someone on-site. Therefore, I could not rate the point 'Friendliness of the staff on-site.' Anyway, the phone conversation with Ms. Anja Henning was very nice! We certainly felt very comfortable and would have loved to extend our stay! If I (hopefully) can plan a vacation to Usedom again soon, I hope to be able to get exactly this accommodation again! The balcony door does not close properly and needs urgent adjustment. There was no folder about the microwave/oven in German. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied. Best regards.

We had a wonderful week in Villa Vineta, Apartment 01. The location close to the beach, the size of the apartment, the furnishings, the condition of the apartment, the terrace... everything was perfect... even the weather in October... We will definitely come back!!! Thank you very much.

First of all, we would like to thank you for the hassle-free possibility of late arrival; we really appreciated that. The apartment itself does show some slight signs of use, but it is still in good condition. We also really liked the balcony. We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights, and everything was nearly perfect. However, for a significantly longer vacation, we would have missed the storage options / space in the rooms (also in the kitchenette). In addition, the practically non-functional internet (which also affects other locations on the promenade) makes the entrance area less than ideal. It is very narrow and difficult to navigate with a stroller. Furthermore, there was no shoe rack or a suitable place to leave shoes in the hallway.

The kitchen inventory needs to be updated / some items are missing. The light in the storage room does not work. The remote control for the television does not work properly.

Mattresses and pillows should definitely be replaced. Dustpan is missing. Microwave would be nice. Some pieces of furniture need to be glued. A notice about continuous mattresses would have been nice due to the type of sheets provided. The terrace furniture could be renewed/painted. At least one more wine glass would be nice. There is only 1 lid for three pots. A renovation would be appropriate soon, especially the wall/damage at the bottom of the dining area. The location and view of the Schloonsee are very good.

We had a very nice and relaxing holiday week in Bansin. Our booked vacation apartment with outdoor terrace in Villa Vineta was modern and of high quality, which pleased us greatly. We were very satisfied and can happily recommend the vacation apartment. That we could even spend the vacation together with our dog in the holiday apartment was great. The bicycles have not been usable for years. The terrace furniture including chair covers, as well as the sunshade, should be replaced. We bought a frying pan, and various dishes and glasses should also be replaced. Otherwise, we always like to come back.

I have already been in this apartment for the third time. In the meantime, the furnishings have been modernized, making the apartment even brighter and friendlier. Comfortable mattresses ensure restful sleep, and due to the location - between Schloonsee and the Baltic Sea - it is optimal. We happily used the sauna in the house. Only the terrace furniture could be renewed. We had a great time relaxing.

The inventory of dishes should be checked, especially the glasses. The selection is very meager. Broken items should be removed from the apartment, lying on the terrace.

It was our first time in their house and we liked the accommodation very much. Only the dining area with the scraped wallpaper and the already very worn chairs did not match the rest of the very nicely furnished flat. Also the doormat on the terrace was so full of hair that you could not use it and it was no longer attractive. Despite everything, we enjoyed a wonderful holiday and felt very comfortable with you. Thank you very much!
