Der Fernseher scheint ja voll aktuell zu sein, aber das was ich sehen wollte , war nur schwer einzustellen. Ich bin aber kein Experte, eher ein nicht geübter Internetnutzer. Es fehlte eine einigermassen verständliche Bedienungsanleitung. Die aufgetretenen Schwierigkeiten haben aber keinen Einfluss auf meine Zufriedenheit.

Small note: the shower squeegee could be renewed or replaced, it didn't look nice anymore. (Mold infestation) A shelf for shower/hair shampoo in the shower would be nice. Very well-equipped kitchen. Very positive also insect protection in the bedroom and blackout option. The doors, especially the bathroom door, are a bit worn. Otherwise, a nice apartment. 2nd floor without elevator... but okay for us. This information would be advantageous in the advertisement. A great location, not far from the beach.

The kitchen and the kitchen appliances were very nice and almost like new. The sofa was somewhat dusty. The shower had some problem areas (shower partition and silicone joints).

There could be a bit more cutlery or dishware. Unfortunately, the single mattress in the double bed is very soft. The children's bed is unfortunately a bit too short for older or taller children.

The accommodation was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Inquiries (via email) from my side during booking were answered quickly and always courteously. Upon arrival, we and our dog were warmly welcomed and given an orientation. The beach can be reached on foot in a maximum of 5 minutes. Children and dogs are very welcome here. In the garden, there is a barbecue area for all parties of the house and a small playground with swings, a sandpit, a trampoline, table tennis, and foosball. There, one could nicely wrap up the evening. It was a very nice holiday, and we would love to come back.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful house. Great playground, proximity to the beach fantastic. It's a pity there wasn't enough dishware for 5 people (e.g. only two large drinking glasses, 3 or 4 coffee spoons... 4 glass bowls with chips). The wooden cutting board was moldy (probably put away wet and had a baking dish placed on it). We disposed of that. As I said, great apartment, the only downside was the dishware provision. From our point of view, an increase would be advisable.

It was very nice at your place. A suggestion for improvement would be that a bit more coffee dishes would be great, so that one doesn't have to turn on the dishwasher right after using them.

Very quiet, we felt comfortable, it was cozy - a bit echoey, as there were no curtains or carpet. The washbasin has a crack, the bathroom door inside needs to be painted at grip height, but it didn't bother us overall, we would book the apartment again.

When going on vacation with a family of four, it would be nice to have a bit more cutlery. After just two meals, the dishwasher needs to be run, even though it's far from full. If there were more cutlery, the dishwasher wouldn't have to be run as often. Hence the 4 stars for the equipment, otherwise everything is great.

We felt very comfortable overall. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely come back. The only drawback was that the floor in the apartment could have been a bit cleaner. We had pitch-black socks with a lot of dog hair.

It was a very nice vacation apartment, not far from the beach and just a short walk to the town center. I would have loved to book the apartment in the summer too, but unfortunately, it was already booked out. I would book the apartment again anytime.

The booking and key handover went smoothly, and the staff on site was friendly. In the vacation apartment, I found everything as described and booked. The couch and armchair were not comfortable for me personally. Access to the bike shed is a bit narrow. The vacation apartment is in good condition and was clean.
