The villa’s decor and the beauty of its surroundings combine to make this the perfect location for your well-deserved holiday with family or friends.
The family holiday villa Majorca, is in the typical Majorcan style and offers a dining room, living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and an outside shower room on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are two further double bedrooms and a bathroom.
Behind the house is a romantic courtyard with a covered barbecue area. This is the perfect place to have a great barbecue and enjoy the mild evenings. In front of the house, there is a large terrace complete with table and chairs. It looks out over the pool, which is surrounded by a sizable lawn. There is also a beautiful and extensive view of the Calvari Hill. This is the perfect holiday home with pool in Majorca in which to enjoy holidays with friends or family. Pollença’s old town is within walking distance.

The terrace in front of the house overlooks the pool, which is surrounded by a large lawn. The wide view of the Calvary in Pollença is beautiful. From the finca with pool, Pollença old town is also within walking distance. The romantic winding alleys and stairways with their house facades made of natural stone, nice pubs and small shops date back to the time of the Arabs and invite you to take a leisurely stroll through the historic old town. On the Plaça Mayor, in the heart of Pollença, life pulsates between the church and the "Club Pollença".
The fine sandy coves of Cala San Vicente are barely 10 minutes away by car. Cala Barques and Cala Molins belong to the northernmost bathing bays of the island and is part of Cala Sant Viçenç. They are framed by spectacular rock formations, the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains.Cala Sant Vicenç promises plenty of variety for water sports enthusiasts. The beaches are characterised by crystal-clear water and are therefore particularly popular with snorkellers. In the neighbouring bay of Cala Molins, kayaks are rented and excursions are offered.

Free cancellation possible up to 29 days before the arrival date.
The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
• If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
• If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
• For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee.
For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

Martina was always very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, very charming, and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we always found everything we needed. We loved spending time in the house and would definitely recommend it!
